One of the female employees was completely rude to my disabled son. He was heading to the restroom and she told him that it was for customers only. My wife and I were getting his younger siblings out of the vehicle to come in so we told him to go ahead of us and when he returned rather quickly and told us what happened we were appalled and left.

Went for the first time a couple months ago since we moved to Englewood. Not only did we wait 45 minutes, the food was flash cooked. I got sick because of the pizza and the food didn’t even taste good. Please just go to Marions or Pizza Hut. You won’t get sick and you’ll be able to eat the food. You’ll also probably save money too.

Really impressed with the calzones from Donatos Pizza, (one piece is missing because I didn’t take a picture until I realized how good it was)! The crust is really light and well flavored. Filling is plentiful, well balanced, and well cooked. This particular order was from the Englewood location. I was pleasantly surprised!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! It is the second time that I have issues with my order at at this location! First the wait time was way over than I was told( initially 25 min and ended waiting 50 min). Second, the pepperoni side didn’t have any sauce, very dry! And I asked not to cut the pizza and the cut it anyway! And the staff in not friendly at all!

The pizza is always really good. We usually come a couple times a month, but the customer service is lacking. Generally speaking the people who greet you aren’t friendly. We love the food but might start going elsewhere because it always feels like we’re an imposition.

Where to begin? The pizza is extremely inconsistent. Some times it’s great the best even. However most the time, it’s undercooked still doughy, very poor quality and if you want a remake, better off not doing it. They will be extremely rude and take 0 accountability. Most the time my pizza is cold even though I show up before the pickup time to avoid that then they hand me a cold pizza. If you get delivery it will probably take an hour and a half to two hours even if you live 5 mins away and tip 5 dollars or more. I use to love this place it use to be the best pizza in town but man have they went downhill. The last time we ate here made my whole family sick too. This place needs to be shut down.

I was in town on a business trip and needed lunch. Stopped here at random and got a really good sausage and cheese pizza. I’m sort of a “pizza is pizza” guy but this was really good, and ready in a flash. Would definitely eat here again.
