Absolutely loved it. Ordered delivery and got everything correct. The only thing I wish is to be able to custom order a small pizza as im a single truck Driver and do not need a large. But the small pizza i did get was very good. Love thin crust and oh so flavorful. The wings were a little small but that’s on the company you order from, not you. Will definitely order from you again everytime im in town.

While picking up my food Monday Feb 2nd I saw an employee out back arguing with someone. Didn’t feel comfortable even in my own car waiting at the drive thru which I assume took longer because obviously the employees weren’t exactly on top of making food. I’ve always loved this location but the past several months the have really gone down hill especially in the evenings. Hope it gets back to normal soon.

It’s been years since I have had a Donatos Pizza. And my middle son has never had it. So when we found one during his State Testing we stopped in. The Englewood store was very clean and the staff were super friendly. We ordered a pepperoni and sausage large stuffed crust. I don’t normally order stuffed crust but theirs was really good. My son gave it a thumbs up.

Really impressed with the calzones from Donatos Pizza, (one piece is missing because I didn’t take a picture until I realized how good it was)! The crust is really light and well flavored. Filling is plentiful, well balanced, and well cooked. This particular order was from the Englewood location. I was pleasantly surprised!
The Chicken Mariachi was delicious, as always. I also tried their new plant based meats. Actual pizza pictured is the CAULIFLOWER CRUST Cauliflower Works. The cauliflower crust is really good. The plant based pepperoni was SO plain and disappointing. Definitely will not be ordering that again.

Worst customer service ever. The lady had a very bad attitude. It was apparently my fault that she entered the credit card numbers wrong. Never told me my total. Hung up very fast. I will not order from them again. I was a General Manager for Donatos in Columbus area and would not have her answering my phones.

I placed an online order, the delivery time came & passed with no delivery in site. After waiting OVER 2 hrs, it finally arrived. Had Donatos been honest about their lengthy delivery times I wouldn’t have entertained an order with them, I would have ordered from a pizza company with more accomidating delivery. Once the order was finally delivered, the entire order arrived cold, not even the slightest bit warm. It was also burned, the bottom was so black my kids wouldn’t touch it. A complete waste of time and money and still had to order food from a different establishment that was actually edible. I attempted multiple times to reach an employee at the Englewood store and the phone just rang and rang. ZERO answer. I called the Donatos 1-800 number and the gentleman on the line tried calling the store for me multiple times. ZERO answer for him as well. Next, I submitted an online complaint from their website, after a week ZERO response from it. Then, I tried to reach out to Donatos social media messenger and I received a generic response ” the store manager will be in contact 24-48hrs”. It’s been over a week and again ZERO response. Livid is an understatement. I’m so infuriated over this company and its disgusting lack of customer service or caring to make their screw up right. The least they couldn’t done was refund me but they have been completely non responsive. Never again. Not a single red cent will I spend at this company. I’d rather eat a frozen Tombstone pizza from Meijer or chance explosive diarrhea from 10 day old gas station pizza before I ever entertain this pizza place again.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and some cheesy bread. The pizza was fine but the bread was burned…BLACK! I called the restaurant and the manager told me I needed to take my concern to Door dash. I understood, but they cooked it. Why would they let burned food leave the restaurant? That’s bad business. I wish I could post a picture here but I will on Facebook and IG.
