When I picked our food up they verified it was everything we left then got home. They called and said they forgot to put our subs in our bag. So we went bag and got them instead of just taking an equal refund. We got home and opened everything, the pizza and subs looked fine although or boneless wings were made looking so pathetic. It did not help that when I arrived 2 out of 3 workers were sitting around on their phones saying they will be right with me then finishing their text…

WOW !!! We ordered a To-Go Pizza tonight from this Donatos (manager – Kaylie) and were amazed at the amount of toppings and the absolute taste and enjoyment of our pizza. Thank you to the staff and management as I would highly recommend this Donatos / Pizza choice above all in the area (Loveland, Deerfield Township and Montgomery). You ALL are doing something right ! Update: still haven’t gotten my refund working closely with Brian from Red Robin and Lianne from Donatos to get the refund completed – ordered this 11/28 and it’s now 12/24 still waiting on resolution.
Update: after much back and forth Lianne reached out to me and was able to quickly resolve my issues – should have my refund by the end of the week, cannot explain how nice it was to actually get some customer service and support! Lianne was wonderful to work with, supportive and able to help, I really appreciate her and everything she did! Thank you Lianne!
Horrible food and experience! Food nothing like what is pictured! Way Overpriced for quality of food. Soggy, cold, undercooked dough and wings – health hazard! No customer service trying to get issues resolved or a refund from Donatos or UberEats

The manager/associate was very kind and professional, when one of my pizzas did not have the proper amount of toppings he told me he needed to make it again because it was not correct. Great location with great staff, I will keep coming here

How did they get 3 stars!!? I go zero for the restaurant and 4 for the pie. This is the worst run restaurant on Earth. I called in an order and was told 15 min. I show up in 20. 6 people in front of me picking up. One had half his order and was told they weren’t sure when the rest would be done. Another guy – they had given his order to somebody else. Me – they say … I don’t know when it will be done. We’re really busy. I mention the 15 min and was told whoever promised that should not have. I’m thinking there’s no manager here. Was too bad. I’m from nyc and have always loved donatos. Doubt I’d go back

Pizza arrived more than ten minutes earlier than estimated time frame, and the delivery driver generously delivered our pizza straight to our hotel room door! Talk about customer service! This was a great experience and we appreciated the very kind delivery driver who delivered our pizza about 45 minutes before they closed. Keep up the good work!!

My favorite wings. Pricey but worth every bite. Chipotle dry rub. Service was courteous and friendly. They let me mix and match the flavors. I ate all the garlic rub ones before I knew it. Repeat, repeat, repeat customer. Thumbs high .

I’ve been a fan of Donato’s for a while, and this location never disappoints! The pizza is always fresh, the crust is perfectly crispy, and the toppings are generous. The staff here is super friendly and efficient and I especially love their classic trio pizza on their thicker crust. Whether I’m picking up for a family dinner or grabbing a quick slice, this Donato’s location always delivers top-notch service and quality. Highly recommend to anyone craving a delicious, satisfying pizza!
