Made a pick up order for a margarita pizza and went through the drive thru to pick it up. Must do this after 7 pm. Service was fine for it was ready upon arrival. The pizza is average. The ingredients are fine but the crust was just okay. The crust is everything on a pizza.

I ordered for a delivery and the food was terrible!!! Pizza was so dry I could throw it and it would stick to a wall. Then the Chicken Alfredo was also dry and a lil burnt. Wen I called back to discuss the food was extremely dry. Doug, said he made it himself and it had the right amount of sauce. Idk if he thought I was trying to get something for free but I sure didn’t get what I paid for smfh It’s greed like this why more people cook at home now… Only nice thing is that it’s open late but trust me you’ll be wasting your hard earned money. After reading other reviews and my experience with Doug and the food from Colerain location they just need to shut down!!!!

Ordered for 1st time ever. Ordered traditional crust but came home with thin. Ordered spinach because co bragged how good it was. Spinach and pizza burnt. The workers were really nice but don’t think I’ll be back. At least at this location.

The manager is nice, my discount I had didn’t work on the app but she still gave it to me when I got to the store. My pizza is always fresh and the pepperoni is perfectly crispy around the edges.

The manager thar worked on Christmas eve before closing was nasty, cursing the whole time she was working on the back. She never came to help the new girl. She was very helpful to certain customers who was not black She instantly got nasty with a black person. People was waiting on their orders for over an hour .

The food was fresh and hot. I was very disappointed in the hoagie. The bread had a good flavor, the meat was ok. I could barely see the cheese and mushroom sauce. It was mostly plain. The cheese pizza looked good. The individual create your own looked good too. The Asiago cheese bread was a bit burnt on the edges. I will give them another chance, but if it’s not better, I doubt I’ll be back.

Got a big Don Italian sub. Extra cheese and Extra ham just like I always do. I haven’t had one in a long time and they are my absolute favorite. I never expect very much when ordering extra anything because I know it’s hard these days to please everyone. But this time was a bit different. I paid extra for the meat and cheese but the extra meat just wasn’t there. It’s 2:30 pm at the Finnytown location and you guys just ruined my day.

Great pizza. It has been a while since we had tried Donatos. Delivery was going to be 55 minutes so we chose to pick it up. Waited quite a while but pizza was delicious. Felt sorry for employees. Obviously understaffed. Photos are the leftovers. Really was fabulous pizza!!
