Called in an order and wonderful young lady named Kayla (sp?) took my order. Pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Wasnt a fan of the italian salad but she mentioned she would be able to make it how I like so I tossed the salad on as well. This young lady was on it and represented the brand very well. Great energy and sounded like she took pride in her work. This is how you do customer service. If management sees this you should clone her.

Waited 2 and a half hours for an order that was canceled after thirty minutes because the driver got lost, even after calling back to confirm the order and explaining how he got lost. Manager “forgot” to notify us. Do not waste your time unless you pick it up yourself.

We ordered wings, a salad and two pizzas for delivery via the website. All we received was our wings and salad. I had to then pick up our pizzas, and once I returned I noticed that the lettuce of the salad was brown. I’m unsure why I continue to order from here. I’ve never had a good experience.

The pizza we ordered and waited a long time for was crushed in the box. When I mention this to the driver, she says ” I dont bag, just call them and they will send another one ” We called and told the manager about this and she said she would refund and replace the order. Then we open the subs we also ordered, an 2 of 3 of them were wrong. Nice. Had to call again and got more promises of replacement order. Wait and wait, and nothing shows for an hour and a half. We call again and are told they dont have a driver, so they aren’t sending anything. We had to call to find that out.
Stay very far away. They do not care at all about what they are doing there.

The call in service is atrocious. I called in an order. Delivery set for 7:17. At 7:23 I get a text notifying me delivery is now 8:13. I call the store and come to find out they put the order into the wrong store location. One outside their delivery zone. When getting a hold of the store themselves they were very helpful and informative. That’s the only reason I put two stars.

They screwed up my 50 dollar order. Got me switched with someones 20 dollar order. They go through Door Dash for delivery so they can’t make anything right and Donatos claims they do not do refunds. Just store credit on another order that has to be ordered by phone. Well the girl over the phone acted like I was just trying to get a freebie when I reported the issue so they probably won’t honor that. I have no guarantee that they will anyway and I feel shafted.

The only place to park is the lot behind the store but the entrance is in the front so you have to walk around but then there are bushes and mulch between the sidewalk and the door. Signage on where to walk would be helpful. The staff was great but the design of this new store is terrible. The photo is not the entrance as you would think but for employees only.

Ordered pizza to be delivered by 1 pm for my daughters 6th birthday party. At 1:30 (30 minutes late) I called and they weren’t even sure where their dasher was, I guess they don’t have delivery drivers. Then I got a text that said it would be delivered at 2 (an hour late). So I decided to come pick it up because 10 kids were hungry and I asked for fresh pizza. I got pizza sitting in the warmer for 45 minutes, no offer of a refund or credit, not even an apology. Abysmal experience and way to ruin a fun birthday experience.

Constantly get pizza here with my coworkers. It’s always made well and a reasonable price. Staff is very helpful and quick with the orders which is always great. Usually not too long a wait. Overall a great place for a pizza. Not sure if the lobby is open for dining again yet, but would definitely being my friends here sometime if it does.
