We ordered wings, a salad and two pizzas for delivery via the website. All we received was our wings and salad. I had to then pick up our pizzas, and once I returned I noticed that the lettuce of the salad was brown. I’m unsure why I continue to order from here. I’ve never had a good experience.

Ordered pizza to be delivered by 1 pm for my daughters 6th birthday party. At 1:30 (30 minutes late) I called and they weren’t even sure where their dasher was, I guess they don’t have delivery drivers. Then I got a text that said it would be delivered at 2 (an hour late). So I decided to come pick it up because 10 kids were hungry and I asked for fresh pizza. I got pizza sitting in the warmer for 45 minutes, no offer of a refund or credit, not even an apology. Abysmal experience and way to ruin a fun birthday experience.

Used to be better, but last few times pizza came via doordash which we didn’t pick and it was cold. It’d be fine if they gave the doordashers that pizza bag that keeps it hot. Wish there was a way to opt out of doordash delivery.

This location is one of the worst locations. Good is never done on time even when the order is placed several hours in advance. Multiple times they have given away our order and have to remake it and constantly losing orders. Management never works to make any fixes and instead of making it right they just just act like it’s a normal.

Ordered lunch for delivery. 10″ pepperoni & sausage pizza, small breadsticks and a tea. Pizza and breadsticks were cold and tea was warm. The driver had to go less than mile from the store to deliver. How do you deliver cold food in less than a mile?! Leave it to this location; if it can be effed up, they will eff it up!

placed order online and selected 6:30 pm for pick up. hit submit and was granted a 5:49 pm pick up instead! called store immediately and spoke to Rick(I think). He informed me no problem the order would be ready at 6:30 pm. got to the store 5-6 minutes early, and the order was ready (should have questioned the the freshness right there). drove the 7-8 minutes home and was welcomed by a less-than-lukewarm pie (the only thing hot at this point was me)! Basically I was lied about the order by Rick. This was not a fresh pie, but one that sat on a heated counter. Lots of pizza competition in Springboro. Donatos you’re OUT!!!

What a terrible delivery establishment. I order my food at 6:30 and the delivery finally came in at 8:30. I live 5 minutes from the store and work thirds. The food was cold and the driver first tried to deliver the food to the wrong house, on the opposite side of town. I talked to the manager and she said to contact door dash. I ORDERED THE FOOD DIRECTLY THROUGH THE STORE. NEVER ONCE ORDERED THROUGH DOORDASH. She said she would remake the food but I had to come and pick it up. Why did i pay extra for delivery? We ordered a salad, along with the pizza, that was never delivered. I will NEVER order again from this store and suggest you don’t either. Go to Pizza Hut, at least it’s hot and you won’t get the run around from DoorDash drivers. Donatos has lost a customer who has ordered for over 10 years. I wanted my money back but the best they could do was a in store credit, which I will never use because I will NEVER order Donatos from Springboro ever again. Get drivers or don’t offer delivery. It is that simple. What a trash store with trash management, spend your money elsewhere. You will get better food and better delivery from literally anywhere else.

Ordered pizza at 6:10. Nothing at 7:40. Tried to call only to be hung up on 4 times. No update of any kind. Will be calling management tomorrow. Used to be a great place. Not my experience the last few times ordering from there. Pizza usually semi burned but cold. Frustrating

The pizza we ordered and waited a long time for was crushed in the box. When I mention this to the driver, she says ” I dont bag, just call them and they will send another one ” We called and told the manager about this and she said she would refund and replace the order. Then we open the subs we also ordered, an 2 of 3 of them were wrong. Nice. Had to call again and got more promises of replacement order. Wait and wait, and nothing shows for an hour and a half. We call again and are told they dont have a driver, so they aren’t sending anything. We had to call to find that out.
