UPDATE- contacted customer service and no one contacted me back. Really disappointing
Ordered a large thin pepperoni and a baked italian Big Don sandwich. They were both so disappointing! No edge to edge crispy pepperoni because they just put it in piles on the pizza, much of it being under the cheese which turned it into a greasy mess. Crust was very underbaked and didn’t have much of the signature cornmeal either. It doesn’t even resemble a Donatos pizza! The sandwich was just sad, hardly baked, few ingredients and that lettuce was like like a complete afterthought. Never have I ever had such horrible food at a Donatos!

I picked up our pizza. It was the best one we’ve had in a while. The sauce tasted like fresh tomatoes and the portion of mushrooms was generous. Good job!

I ordered the large founders pizza. I have always liked donatos. My.pizza was horrible , it was cold in areas.tasted more like a frozen pizza. Definetly wasn’t worth the almost 30.09 price. My client only ate 1/2 of a piece i trged to eat a piece but just didnt taste very good. Loretta Talty

Ordered 2 pizzas and picked them up from the drive-through window, which was very convenient. I loved that option. Pizzas were freshly made, hot, and tasty. The only strange thing was, there was no pizza sauce, at all, on our deluxe pizza, or the margarita pizza. My brother-in-law noticed it as soon as he bit into it, my sister and I both looked for the sauce and couldn’t find any either. Pretty sure both pizzas were supposed to have pizza sauce on them. Oops. Anyway, the pizzas were still pretty tasty.
By the way, you better be a very good driver, or have a small vehicle, to access the drive-through window due to the not-at-all-great design.

I’m sure it was corporate decisions, but this location has gone downhill. The breadsticks changed. Looks and taste. No fountain drinks anymore. Just $2.99 bottles. Today they only had water, Diet Pepsi and Dr Pepper.

Edit and changed the service rating. George the GM called and resolved my issue with great care. My family and I were upset in the moment and all I said was what happened, but because of his service and costumer care we will be giving Donatos another chance solely based on George, Thank you.
Ordered a pizza at 7:00pm delivery time 7:43 pm arrived 8:12 pm, cold when I called they had no way to know when it would arrive. When I asked driver if there was a corporate number he had no idea. 45 dollars for a cold pizza is not a great deal. Should have gone to LaRosa’s they are always great. Stay away from Lebanon Ohio Donatos pure trash food and service.

They have done a good job getting things done faster, and the food not being over cooked. The tables, and floors in the restaurant are ALWAYS dirty. The restrooms, are disgusting. Its been a week or more since they’ve been cleaned. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced these issues here.

My wife bit into this large piece of plastic and hurt her mouth/tooth. We called and were asked repeatedly if we wanted to bring the pizza back for a new one. My wife, reasonably upset, began to yell. We were then hung up on by the worker. This is totally unacceptable.

i worked at Donatos(different location) for almost 2 years and recently found a different job. I stopped in on my break and got a Hot Chicken Sub, being my favorite menu item. I wasn’t very happy when i opened my box to find 4 pieces of chicken spaced out on my bun. I’m just very unhappy i paid over $9 for this sub and also accepted giving them the tip i was prompted to give. I was eating more bread, ranch, and cheese than hot chicken… do better or lower your prices because this is ridiculous.

Locked doors! We show up at 7:20 and all lights are on but no workers can be seen and the doors are locked. It looks like the workers locked up and left while clocked in.
