We decided to get a pizza on Christmas Eve, my son stopped and picked it up, when I got home from work, I noticed it was not done correctly! I called the store to ask them a few questions on how I could order it in the future to make sure it was done right, NO FAULT OF THEIRS!! I spoke with John and explained myself, he told me to come back up and get another pizza…He was going to have them Remake it!! I couldn’t believe that….. I didn’t expect them to do that…. what a wonderful experience it was, when I got there, everyone was so friendly and so kind…. Even though it was Christmas Eve!! And they were at work. THANK YOU

Picked up two pizzas yesterday, drove 15 mins back home. One pizza was clearly cooked hours ago, heck it looked days old! Everything was dry and disgusting despite the pizza probably being undercooked. Place surely went downhill, also went on their app to redeem my points for a $3 discount…but you lose your points, as they don’t honor using their points as a coupon when another promo is available….just flat out dumb, why even illuminate that option…as once you click it, you then surrender all your points for nothing as they deem it invalid.
Only reason for 2 stars and not just 1 star, was the other pizza was actually edible.

This has been a good go-to when I have the munchies! Changed my normal order up a bit recently, and I cannot get enough! The people working here have been polite, courteous, and that adds to my overall experience here!

Way to go guys! I have ordered pizza from you since you opened this location.
Tonight I ordered a small pizza and a calzone. Total was to round up $25. I prepaid a $12 tip to the delivery person. Which is well deserved especially at the price of fuel!
However, upon checkout I saw a $4.99 “delivery fee”. This was done directly through Donatos. Not DoorDash or anyone else
I called the store and was told that none of that fee goes to the store or to the driver.
So this sounds like corporate greed at its best.
Lost a loyal customer for life and this point.

We got 2 pizzas this evening; 1 was the specialty w/works & the other was the cauliflower pizza crust w/pepperoni & hot honey which was DELICIOUS!!! We so loved the cauliflower w/pepperoni & hot honey way above the other. Definitely getting that again! BTW, the young man who took our order couldnt have been nicer!!!
