These was almost non existent on this sandwich. What little bit there was cooked on the bread until it was hard.
The wings were good if you don’t count the fact that they only seasoned one side. The ranch cup was very underfilled and only came with one cup for a 10 piece wing. No one obviously cares about getting you a proper serving on your meal. It was not a good experience.

Donatos has the best pizza! Their thin crust pepperoni is what I always order. Always fresh! Thank you! Everyone needs to order Donatos a lot more. Way better than Pizza Hit or Dominos!

We just tried this place for the first time and we had pizza ,salad, chicken wings. And I started to have bad stomach pain about 2 hours after eating it . Well long story short comes to find out I have food poisoning. We will not ever buy from here again and someone needs to look into this.

This is the closest Donato’s to me it’s over 10 miles away. I usually love their food. I stopped going to this location a few years ago because of burnt food. I recently started going again, in fact, this was my 3rd order in the last few weeks. I ordered a pizza and drove 20 minutes to get my pizza, it wasn’t quite ready when I got there. The lady tells me to be careful because there are 2 pieces of paper on bottom of pizza and it might get stuck. She then tells me she forgot to put my extra cheese on the pizza and re-cooked it? I asked if the pizza was OK, she said yes and tilted it towards the drive thru window, i couldn’t see it but took her word for it. I get home & open the box, the pizza is burnt, we try to eat it anyways, the paper is stuck to parts of the pizza, it might of been in the oven on the pizza while extra cheese was being cooked on it. We ate a few pieces buy it was inedible, I look at the receipt for their phone number and saw the survey, I went online , filled it out, and gave my contact info for a call back…. It’s been a few days and no phone call and no email either. They lost a customer AGAIN!

We used to get Donatos all the time at this location starting around 2015. It was great for so long. After COVID, we started to have problems with food quality, wrong orders, service etc. We stopped going there for awhile then started again after getting crappy pizzas from other places, just was hoping we’d get good food. We’ll, sometimes kinda good and sometimes not so good. Last night decided for us that a once good place had become one to take off our
list of go-to places. First, the wings that were supposed to have their BBQ sauce came with no sauce or seasoning. Extremely drywith no flavor at all. I called for a refund to which they agreed. Then said I’d see a credit on my next order. I said I did not want a credit but wanted a refund to my debit card. He then told me he could “try” but it was a pain to do. Why?? Gave me 2 reasons:
1) “They” wanted them to do credits, not refunds 2) There was no phone near the machine needed to do refunds and he didn’t like writing down card numbers.
Guess he must be the only person in the US without a cell phone, so gave permission to take my number and refund it. Finally…he did.
When I went to have my Italian Chef Salad today for lunch, imagine my surprise after lifting the old, wilted spinach spread over the top, seeing that an old, brown core of a head of iceberg lettuce was cut into amazingly small pieces (see photos). Also had a very small amount of ham that looked like
like it had already been chewed and spit into my salad. Too bad it had to end like this. Oh, pizza was so-so…

Pizza is good thats about it. They forget your sauce cups and drinks And say “theres nothing we can do about it” Again great pizza though. Fiscal staff.

Donatos pizza is unique in its flavor and presentation. One of my favorite places to grab usually topped with pineapple mushroom green olives and spinach. Their California heat pizza with cauliflower crust is amazing. I also like the salad and chicken they prepare as well. Good food!

Ordered Donatos for the first time today for myself. I ordered one chocolate chunk cookie, 1/2 garlic asiago cheese bread, and medium hand tossed serious cheese pizza. The cheese bread was ok. I have tasted better, way better. The pizza looks burnt or overcooked, and not even cheesy. It tastes pretty bad. The cookie is visibly warm as can be seen from the bag it’s in. The package says it has sea salt. If I had seen that online when I ordered, I wouldn’t have ordered it. There is too much sea salt for me. The cookie overall is good though. I won’t order from here again. Gave it a 2 because the food was hot and the cookie was good.
