This is the closest Donato’s to me it’s over 10 miles away. I usually love their food. I stopped going to this location a few years ago because of burnt food. I recently started going again, in fact, this was my 3rd order in the last few weeks. I ordered a pizza and drove 20 minutes to get my pizza, it wasn’t quite ready when I got there. The lady tells me to be careful because there are 2 pieces of paper on bottom of pizza and it might get stuck. She then tells me she forgot to put my extra cheese on the pizza and re-cooked it? I asked if the pizza was OK, she said yes and tilted it towards the drive thru window, i couldn’t see it but took her word for it. I get home & open the box, the pizza is burnt, we try to eat it anyways, the paper is stuck to parts of the pizza, it might of been in the oven on the pizza while extra cheese was being cooked on it. We ate a few pieces buy it was inedible, I look at the receipt for their phone number and saw the survey, I went online , filled it out, and gave my contact info for a call back…. It’s been a few days and no phone call and no email either. They lost a customer AGAIN!

I’m sorry but this was absolutely the worst pizza I’ve eaten in the greater Parma area. If I could give a zero I would. It was delivered cold and late which was disappointing cuz they are .5 miles away. I had to reheat it. I ordered the hand tossed. Definitely not fresh ingredients. Tasted completely awful. I bought a large with pepperoni and sausage, cheese bread, and marinara/garlic sauce. Could only stomach two slices of pizza and a bite of the bread. Just horrible and I paid 40 bucks with tip. Sorry Donatos. Not a good pizza at all. By far the absolute worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. Nauseating for sure. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Donatos pizza is unique in its flavor and presentation. One of my favorite places to grab usually topped with pineapple mushroom green olives and spinach. Their California heat pizza with cauliflower crust is amazing. I also like the salad and chicken they prepare as well. Good food!

Took my husband here for Father’s day we just wanted to sit down for a good lunch the service was horrible the server was super rude. they ask for a tip before you have even had the experience.. we paid with a card but was going to leave a cash tip I feel like since we didn’t.. leave a tip on the receipt she was mad wish I got her name the wings were burnt with very little sauce we ordered a pepperoni pizza with onions.. the onions were huge with end peices it was RIDICULOUS

Pizza tasted like soap. The bottom of the crust tasted really odd and not appetizing. The Meatball shareable was still frozen meatballs. This is a pathetic excuse for a pizza restaurant. Fire everyone and start over.

I called af 11:10 to check delivery status on my pizza and the lady kept saying “we’re currently closed” and hanging up before I could say a word. Then my pizza was thin instead of think. Complete bs… This place should be burned to the ground with the Yale’s workers left in it. I ordered once a week. Never again.

The location in Parma needs attention from corporate immediately or close this location. Lazy employees. My wife and son and I walked in around 7:30p. The place was quiet and slow. An employee back near the oven asked if we needed to order. He then told us they just received 15 orders and our wait time for carry out/dine would be 45 minutes. They had one ticket at the oven and the place was quiet. We walked out. Unreal. First time stopping at this location. We will not be back. Do better.
