Visited Donatos with a friend who has lived out of state and never tried the local chain! I had never eaten in here. It was slow midday on a weekday. The Meatballs initially came out cold but they were willing to reheat them. We shared the BBQ Chicken Pizza. I found the heart shaped pizza cute and bought one for my partner. Air quality was good due to low volume of people.

Well it was 11.20pm some one walked in there and picked up food the open sings were on and there were three people 2 grils and one boy talking in the front nothing else I say hi she says are you here to pick up I say. I’d like this review to go directly to the manager:
your staff working on halloween evening around 5pm-7pm might have been the dumbest, clueless, and least customer-focused i’ve seen. there’s an older women working the drive thru line, her hoarse attitude should take herself right on home with a termination letter.
i ordered a GLUTEN FREE pizza at 5:14pm. I show up at 6:05 for a pickup at 6:17. I heard “we need 15 more minutes, thanks”. Totally fine. I come back thru at 6:35… the lady then says “well it’ll be 20 minutes” I then ask “did you make the pizza yet or can’t find it, just be honest”. The classic, untrained, dumb answer “yeah i don’t know”. At this point, i might as well get a brick wall to bake my pizza. I’ll give the staff credit for one thing: being absolutely clueless and unable to do their job.
Can I give the food zero stars? Because i didn’t even leave with a pizza… or a side salad that I also ordered.
Maybe stop using the excuse “we’re backed up with orders”. Is that your cliche response every time the staff messes up? Wish i had a boat load of excuses when I fail at my job.
As if it’s not obvious enough, yeah i won’t be coming back. And others that are reading this comment (hopefully the manager too), i’d advise choosing a different pizza chain than donatoes. At the very least, avoid this spot.

The place itself is pretty decent. The manager that was training people and running around yelling at his employees was…at least entertaining as a patron. I would not have put up with being treated that way as an employee for 10 minutes. His customer facing interactions were pretty good, but then he would go back behind the door and yell at his employees like it was a sound proof room. The pass through area is wide open and we heard everything he was saying. He rung up our order and walked away while I was running the credit card and it popped the cash drawer open when I was done. It sat there open for probably 10 minutes or so. One employee came up and walked right by it and didn’t close it. When Josh finally came back up, he closed it and then proceeded to go back and yell at everyone for the drawer being open when it was him that did it. The whole experience was like dinner and a show. At least the food was what you would expect from Donatos. Great pizza.

Tonight I ordered delivery. Door dash driver got within a few hundred feet and became lost. How he could be lost when he was two buildings away is beyond. He kept telling me his gps took him to the wrong location. Despite me giving him very specific directions he kept arguing he needed to use another GPS. I kept telling him to forget gps and follow my directions. He disconnected with me and I went back inside. He did finally drop the pizza in my entranceway.
I am old. I am physically disabled. I used to deliver for this Donatos and know the definition of good customer service. It is lost on these employees.

Ordered pepperoni pizza, extra sauce, light bake. Online order. Pizza received had barely any sauce and was blackened around the edges. This isn’t new. I don’t think they care what pizza you want. Will go back to ordering elsewhere.

Came after pickup time plus tip, still got the wrong pizza (x2 time/row). Had to wait which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. Then remake was burnt w/cheese on top of pepp. Seriously, come on, it was like 3 ingredients (dough cheese pepp, no sauce)… how’d you mess it up? Won’t be coming back.

Love Donato’s Pizza. This location needs to figure out how to simply take a correct order. Doesn’t matter if it is a human, AI voicemail, or online order, they have messed up our last 3 orders for pickup. Particularly frustrating when you have small children waiting in a car. Do better!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had a craving for a sandwich and all the “real” sandwich shops closed at 9. I knew better but I ordered the hot chicken sandwich. I’ve never had a more pathetic excuse for a sandwich in my entire life. There was nothing inside of it. I WILL NEVER eat anything from here again and I would encourage you to do the same.
