Drive thru line took 15 minutes to process 3 cars. Every customer is a mystery. Pizza was cold, inadequate cheese, the pieces cut in strange shapes, see the pic, and the Big Don sub had barely any meat. Absolute last time I’ll be visiting this location and I think Donatos in general is on the way out as a company. RIP Donatos, 1995-2005 y’all really had something back then.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. RUDE EMPLOYEES! I have never been treated so bad picking up an order. I arrived and the guy behind the counter said they were getting my sub. He left to deliver pizzas. 10 minutes go by and still no sub. Every employee was in the back corner talking, swearing, and one eating a snickers ice cream bar. I’ve had to yell back to them and ask about the sub. It wasn’t even made yet. Some more time past and finally they made the sub, waited another 7-8 minutes. Finally got the sub, the girl eating the snickers ice cream bar yelled “say something else, say something else!” Then the rest of the employees started laughing. This is what happens when you have rude people working. They didn’t care at all about my order. I was doordashing at the time. I informed the customer of their behavior i encountered with this place. There was no manager on site. I belive he was the one delivering the pizza. Just over all experience was horrible. I am always nice and never rude to staff. I even apologized to the one young lady that I didn’t want to come off rude but I have been standing here awhile. She said it’s ok it’s loud back there. I very highly doubt this complaint will do any good. But now you know how they treat delivery drivers. Everyone who orders from them are paying their wages. Without customers, they’d have no job at all. MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES DO BETTER. You’re going to lose business with your rude employees.

I ordered delivery today from the website I selected the option for asap.. my pizza sat there for over 2 hours as they said they were waiting for a door dash driver.. I called and they said the order was still sitting there.. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.. they also put you on hold as soon as they answer.. the employees obviously don’t like their jobs. I will go to a different location from now on

My team and I had a terrible experience with this store. They send our delivery through door dash and this is what happened to the pizza. The guy at the store was very rude and wasn’t cooperative at all. On top of this, I did get any receipt from either the door dash guy or the store itself.

Had a terrible experience during my last visit at this location. I ordered online pickup and when I arrived the 2 that were in there ignored me for 30 minutes straight. I waited for someone to come to the window but when they didn’t I tried waving, lightly honking, etc. to get their attention but when the girl made eye contact with me and then looked back at the guy laughing I knew it was on purpose and drove away without getting my pizza. I suggest y’all put someone who cares about your business in this location to manage things donatos. Cause those 2 are only there make sure you lose paying customers for no reason.

I ordered a sub at 3:00pm the store sent an email stating my sub would be recieved at 3:40pm I then recieved a text at 4 saying my food would be delivered at 4:50pm. I called the store and said that’s ridiculous to wait 2 hours for a single sub he informed me they had no drivers and would comp my food. I was fine with that. The first DoorDash driver texted me to tell me they were waiting for my food I asked if the manager confirmed the food was free. The DoorDashed starts yelling at me saying I need to pay and after talking to the workers they inform him my food is free. I guess he leaves an another driver gets my food. He gets here and says I owe him $13 for the sub I explained the situation agaain and we both tried contacting the store who DID NOT ANSWER. I only had a $20 and the driver had no change so I paid $20 for a a sub that was supposed to be free. After calling the store they let the phones ring and put my on hold.

I’m never going to order here again.. everyone in there needs to be retrained on how to make a pizza, I ordered the Mariachi Chicken with extra chicken.. there was no sauce on the pizza it was burned, nothing but jalapeño peppers dried out!!They put chicken on half of the pizza this wasn’t my order, I told the woman at the window.. she just looked at me.. I left, I’m over this place. You email people and nothing happens. Who owns this place?

I ordered twice in one week and I ordered 2 two liters and ordered delivery.. both times I was only given one when I paid for two. Called the store and the girl who answered was rude and said I don’t know if someone will deliver just one two liter.. they also put you on hold for very long.. needless to say they need a whole new staff

Apparently people do not know how to read an order properly. I ordered a mariachi beef spice pizza that comes with sour cream packets and I ordered extra sour cream packets and paid for it. The food is delivered and I have no sour cream packets. If you do not have it please communicate to the customer and tell them that you do not have sour creams packets my experience will not be disappointed.

Very rude and no customer service experience or any knowledge of how to be a Good manager. When a customer calls for good or bad reviews in a respectful way of speaking all you say is that I keep complaining and here is your refund. I explained to him I really like the cauliflower pizza, me and my son loves it so every time I order i get two and he likes extra Asiago cheese and I don’t so I’m the picture below you will notice.. -You eat with your eyes- presentation is not important every piece to them is not important..is what he is clearly showing. I used to order papa Jhons and every time the pizza was soo good I would call the manager and give compliments to who ever made my pizza. Because every cook is different I truly understand that also he states that only Minors work there and they are not going to listen soo he pretty much don’t any experience in training the co workers. I don’t know what to say accept for corp needs to check them out. I will say first shift manager is cool beans(: note: You have to have patients working with teenagers also patient with customers, complaining is how you make up the mistakes in your business so it won’t happen again. As a good manager you would have to know that.
