My kids order 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni heart pizza every Valentine’s Day. Today I not received two pepperoni instead of a cheese and pepperoni, both pizzas were burnt underneath. Very disappointing. Because we ordered through Uber Eats the store couldn’t do anything and Uber credited us $2 on a $36 order. Horrible!

01/24/26 Young, Lady manager made my spicy vegy pizza with olives and argued the fact that the pizza comes with olives. She “remade” my pizza and told me that all she did was pick the olives off and add extra cheese on top, which I ordered the first time and it was not on the pizza. When I did see the “remade” pizza, the extra cheese was only in the center of the pizza and not around the whole pizza. The manager argued the fact that the cheese is weighed and that’s how it comes out. I asked for a refund. The manager gave no apology for making my pizza incorrectly twice. I went to the bexley location and they made everything perfectly fine. I called the manager at Whitehall to let her know that bexley fixes the spicy vegy correctly without olives and she said “Okay, and” . I said okay I just wanted to let you know, have a good day. I’ve gone to this location and several others for over 20 years and never had a manager issue. I will no longer return there.

Staff are always friendly and food is always done on time, but the quality ranges from good at best, to terrible at worst. Donatos is great food, so it mostly comes down to effort; some people in the kitchen don’t care, and it’s very clear. Sometimes my food looks like the pictures on the website, and sometimes it looks like below: half assed attempts at saucing wings (those are supposed to be bbq wings), and undersized pizzas. With more effort this place can be great.

I have been coming to this Donatos for years and they do a very good job when it comes to customer service and making sure customers orders are right. Big shout out to the new Assistant Manager Alyssa who was the manager on shift when I placed my order. The store was busy and pizza’s and other food items were being made to order and out in good time. Her team did a very good job with customer service, taking orders, calls and working as a team to get the job done. Good job Assistant Manager Alyssa and team on her shift of 09/26/25!!!

Sent in an order on the Donato’s app for pick up. Arrived at the pickup window and waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the window. They just kept walking by the window and would not answer it. There were at least 5 cars in line behind me waiting. I left left the pickup window to go inside and the doors were locked. I got back in line for the pickup window and waited another 15 more minutes waiting. I left. A waste of time and money since I could not get ahold of anyone to get a refund and a refund is not an option on the app.

I ordered ahead for pickup tonight 11/18 at 8:30, but i didn’t end up being able to pick up on time because i was getting a tattoo next door and i didn’t know when i’d be done. I didn’t end up getting there until around 9:15, and i was fully prepared to receive a slightly old pizza and to have to reheat it at home. When i pulled up to the window the lady working asked me if it was okay and i said yes, and then she said “are you sure?” and showed it to me. it didn’t look great so i then asked if they would be okay to remake it and without hesitation she said yes and told me to pull around. i went inside to wait and apologized for the inconvenience, and she was so kind to me and even asked me about my tattoo and we chatted a little and not once did she make me feel like an inconvenience for having my food remade. they remade my food quickly and it was the best pizza i’ve ever gotten from donatos. so they remade my food, which they didn’t even have to do, both employees i encountered did it with a smile on their face, and the food was great. i don’t live in the area but i would come back for them, whatever they’re getting paid it’s not enough. i regret not getting their names but i hope management can give them some deserved praise.

It was terrible. I ordered online, arrived at the scheduled time, and my order wasn’t ready. I waited and waited, then they came out and told me it would be 3 minutes, and I waited and waited again. In the end, I wasted 30 minutes. I turned around without saying anything and left it at that. Since I wasted my time, they can waste theirs finishing the order. The good thing is I got my money back.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery they arrived smashed and all flipped to one side called the store and spoke with Sophie she was very apologetic for what happened and reassured me she would remake the pizzas and have them sent out again, very good service on the second delivery.

I hate how they just let them sit in that drive-through window until their order is ready…. like that’s so annoying. the last 3 times i was sitting for 10 minutes, so i parked & came in. sometimes they even get annoyed that i set it for drive thru pick up & still come up, but if you let those customer sit in that line forever… what do you expect

Today, I ordered a pizza from Donatos on S. Hamilton Rd, and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I had it delivered to my house through Doordash, and this is how I received it. Not only was it all mangled up, but it was very cold. The pizza cost me $40, and when I went online to the Customer Support to explain my complaint, with the picture submitted, they sent me back a message stating they do not give a return and or refund. This is not right, so while they’re taking my money and not wanting to resolve this issue, I have decided to disclose how unfair it is to purchase something from what is supposed to be a reputable company such as Donatoa, to find out they don’t care or stand by the quality they claim. I will never order anything from them again, so I hope that my $40 was worth it for them to treat a customer like they don’t care, I now know that not only is the pizza is of low quality, so is their standards, smh, hot mess!!!
