I ordered a large Works Pizza, 2 Big Don Italian, and 6pc garlic breadstick. My food took 22 mins over the expected delivery time. My food was COLD! My breadsticks were missing. Donatos outsourced their delivery to DoorDash. When I informed the DoorDash driver about my missing items, he told me he was told he had everything. When I informed him I was missing items again, I was told to contact the store myself to get a refund because he couldn’t go back due to Donatos being too busy. I had attempted to contact Donatos several times via phone without success. I’m upset because Donatos needs a better system for how people can report incorrect or missing items from an order. I shouldn’t have to drive over to the store to report missing and/or incorrect orders. Also, customers should be compensated for inconveniences. I understand it may get really busy, but you still have to maintain high customer service standards. What’s the use of paying for delivery if you have to choose to either drive to get your missing items and wait or just do without them, and hope you get a refund…smh

This is our local Donatos. Highly recommended. I want to give them credit for an amazing turnaround. 12 months ago the atmosphere was many times rushed, disorganized and frantic. We had a really poor experience but the company stepped up. They corrected all the issues. We order regularly from this location and NOW it is a completely different experience. The associates that help us have ALL been professional, very friendly and customer-oriented. Our orders are accurate and well-prepared. Happy to have this business in our community. Thank you and keep up the great service.

I was supposed to have a Vegy Sub, & a Big Don sub with extra cheese, two brownies and two pure teas.
This is the crummiest Big Don I have ever experienced—if they didn’t call it a Big Don, I wouldn’t know. Horrible. And I received one cookie instead of two brownies, and only one tea. Not sure I’ll call this location again.

We are New to Columbus, my husband and I ordered a medium sausage, pepperoni pizza with a side of sauce ( my mother and I enjoy saucey pizza. We shared this with my mother and we were pleasantly surprised, the pizza was very tasty, we will definitely be back to try their other goodies.

Was let in by a customer so I could place an order, about 10 degrees outside. Was on foot, no car. Waiting on bus, decided to get food, only donatos was open in that location. Went over and customer let me in, was ask to go out to order at drive Thur window, stood in line in between cars at the window. Absolutely freezing . I considered having it delivered to my house. Did not. Waiting in line , got order, and caught the bus.

Every single time that I ordered from this location they get my order wrong. I do not believe the people know how to read, when an online order is placed and it says no lettuce or tomato on my sub, but it is there! The pizza is always burnt and never cut right. Maybe Donatos management should look harder into this location, and go back to the core values that they say each location has on their website. Not good do not order from this location.

The mariachi beef pizza. What a fun pizza. Even the name sounds exciting. It was new, and tasty, and on point. Their wings pair really well with ot also. The product quality was good, but the prices are a little steep. The staff was very friendly and prompt to serve me though. And…the mariachi beef pizza. So good!

I ordered the ”works” pizza with half pepperoni and NO mushrooms on any of it. The first one I was sent had mushrooms on my half of the pizza with the pepperoni. So I called normally they credit or replace with no issue but this time the female who answered at the Bexley location tried to argue with me and tell me that I ordered it that way and I tried to explain to her I have actual proof (as you can see in the pictures) I did not and even told her I’m not trying to argue about it and asked her if I can send her the screenshot she proceeded to aks me if I wanted it replaced as though that was the only option, so I agreed to the replacement. They replaced it and sent me another “works” pizza but this time with NO mushrooms and NO Pepperoni’s…. I didn’t call the 2nd time because I didn’t want to speak with the same person again. Instead I submitted feedback online, I now have 2 pizzas that are not what I wanted hopefully I get a call back soone
