I’ve never been a big fan of donatos… but i have a serious love affair, with BBQ chicken pizza… if I could afford it monetarily or get one of them fat people TV shows in exchange for eating it 3 meals a day…I surely would sign that dotted line. It’s so good!!! The block o pizza is just their regular stuff and the wings were good too… they’re garlic parm. Please don’t take it away. Thanks.

That was the best tasting pizza that I ever had. The taste was unbelievable outstanding. The temp of the pizza was perfect when I picked it up. I was just passing through on my way to Colorado Springs, CO. My mom picked me up at truck stop. I am so glad she told me about Donatos on S High St.

I placed an order with an AI. The order appeared to go through successfully – the AI did not mention any problems processing payment, delivery address, etcetera; everything appeared to be successful. Waited about an hour and called back to talk to a human because there still was no sign of pizza… the order doesn’t exist.
It’s bad enough AI is hallucinating the answers to things – now it’s hallucinating that an order has been processed?
It did not say anything about the store not having a delivery driver, it did not say anything about the order being unsuccessful; for all intents, the order just… Disappeared as though it was never placed.
And then the manager hung up on me.

I love their Big Don Italian subs. The bread was so soft and delicious My husband always gets the original BBQ wings (bone in) no sauce, even though they do offer sauce. Most of the time, we get delivery and the food is always delivered in a timely manner. The food is always hot when we do receive it. I also love the pizza, but lately I have been on the subs. I only got one sub last time, but next time I have to get me two. They are so darn good and I can save the second one for dinner the next day. I hope this helps anyone looking for a good sub, wings or pizza.

Absolutely fantastic! The wings were perfect. The sub was devoured and the pizza was right on. Asiago cheese bread was the best cheese bread I’ve had in a year. Delivery was courteous & pleasant.

Ordered a deluxe medium pizza, it was delicious as always. Placed my order inside the lobby, then went back 20 minutes later and picked it up at the drive-thru window. I really wish you guys would bring back your cherry fruit pizzas!! I kind of figured I would see them on the menu again, but haven’t seen them for numerous years. They were a winner!!! Will be back again soon.

I had the WORST experience with this donatos. I ordered delivery at 7pm, it was supposed to arrive at 7:57pm. Never showed. I tried to call over 10 times and it just rang and rang no answer. Finally at 830pm I just went to donatos myself. My order was sitting on the counter, cold. The manager cancelled my delivery, and I had to pay again for my order to be a pick up order. Not one time was I offered an explanation or an apology. Let alone, given a discount or ANYTHING. This extra trip with my kids, was incredibly inconvenient which is why I ordered delivery in the first place. You would think my inconvenience would at least be worth an apology. I have ordered here plenty of times and never experienced service this horrible. I will not be ordering donatos from this location again.

The check out guy told me I still owed $6 on my on line order. I gave him another card to use as I was sick and really just wanted to get my pizza and go home. Got home and realized that the guy lied and stole $6 from me. I will not be returning.
