I had an amazing experience at this location thanks to the manager, Chase, who truly went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect! From the moment we spoke, he was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing top‑tier customer service. He personally followed-up to ensure my order was accurate, the food was hot, and the quality met every expectation; and it absolutely did! The pizza was delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care.
What stood out most during our interaction was how valued he made me feel as a customer. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to creating a great experience made a lasting impression. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in both their food and their service. His patience and thoughtful regard were truly outstanding, and I can tell by the spirit of our interaction that it was truly genuine. I really can’t overstate just how much he made my day!
I will ALWAYS consider Chase’s location for lunch or dinner, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great pizza and even better hospitality. Worst pizza I’ve ever had at a Donatos and I’ve been eating Donatos pizza for 40 years. It ordered at about 11 and pick it up at 11:30. Large pepperoni and extra cheese. The dough was floppy. I would say there’s probably 20 piece pieces of pepperoni in the entire 14 inch Pizza. They put the extra cheese on top of the pepperoni. Why I don’t know? To maybe hide it the fact that they only has 20 pieces on the whole pizza. It was split for three people and the pictures will show how much was still left after we had a couple of pieces put on our plate. I threw mine away. I just couldn’t eat it. It was disgusting and even the sauce was off. No one went back for seconds that’s for sure. I’m calling for a refund. I don’t want store credit or another pizza. I won’t be back.

We stopped eating at Broadway Donatos because the bottom of the pizza was always too black. What we considered burned. After years away, we gave this location a shot. The pizza was great! It was baked perfectly! Keep it up!

I ordered the veggie Cauliflower pizza and added Sausage and Pepperoni, it was delicious! The gentleman that placed my order was exceptionally nice and I really appreciated his customer service appeal! I definitely will be returning for more Pizza!

Overall the customer service was excellent, food was ready on time but my pizza was somewhat overcooked. It was a busy Saturday night so I completely understand because they were extremely busy. The manager Andrew decided to remake my order to get it to perfection! Andrew was even kind enough to give me my whole order for free. I was greatly impressed when he told me it was, “on the house!” This location is very representative of what Donato’s stands for and what makes them one of the best pizza chains. The manager along with the staff at this location deserve special recognition for the way that they take care of the customer. This is one of the best locations in central Ohio.

Just not good service. Last time I ordered, got a snarky comment from the delivery driver about the tip. Ordered tonight earlier and asked for the food to be delivered at 7:30pm. And added a pretty good tip. Food didn’t come until 8pm AND was cold. Tried to call the store and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Horrible service and probably won’t be ordering again.

Today ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza and a cheese pizza from the Grove City Stringtown location and I was completely disappointed. Daughter ordered wrong crust; however, Pizza was burned, sauce doesn’t taste the same, barely any cheese on both pizza’s and barely any pepperoni. I’ve been a fan (customer) for 20 plus years and after today will never order again. I will let Jane know when I see her.
