I haven’t had a donatos pizza for several years. Thats what made this visit so good. The pizza was the same great taste that i remember and enjoy. The clean inviting dining room was a welcoming and pleasant experience. But what topped off this experience was the old school professional attitude that Desiree had. A lost art of customer service skills that should be valued and taught to this younger generation of kids. After driving for hours it was so great to have a peaceful filling meal. Again thats for everything desiree.

Been running around all afternoon and everywhere I went the staff was rude. Then I come here to grab dinner. They was very busy and I went thru the drive thru. Got hot delicious food. Not sure if the gentleman that help me but he was very polite and courteous. Made a hectic day and on a good note. Thanks for working in the weather and keeping up morale.

I don’t live in Ohio but we had to move my mom and her twin brother up here because they are actually from here so they are returning. I wanted Donatos so bad because they actually tried to be in Georgia a few years ago and for some reason didn’t work out but I absolutely loved it when I was in Ohio before! We just HAD TO HAVE IT so we had to take the truck back and wouldn’t you know, there was a Donatos right by there . It wasn’t too busy because it was a Monday in the middle of the day but I was OK with that! I loved the pizza and will come back again when returning to visit!!! Thank you guys, love it!!!

I absolutely love the Donatos on Broadway. Especially around the holidays! It looks like a winter wonderland in there & is the PERFECT place to have a family get together in their party room! The staff is super friendly & helpful. The chicken spinach mozzarella is my favorite 10/10 recommend!

Love donatos choice of cauliflower crust pizza!! It tastes JUST like the real thing only a lot healthier!! Its not all cauliflower but its a tasty healthy alternative!!! Try it!! they also have a drive through!! Wish they offered this pizza in a larger size besides small!!
