Very consistent food. Has always been ready when I order here within the time frame I select. The lady who works the drive thru window in the evening is the best! She’s always personable and kind.

Sub had a hair in it and my daughter bit right into it. They didn’t bring a crucial part of my order, called them and got left on hold for long period of time. Had to hang up and call back. They gave me credit for my next order but that just ruined donatos for me.

Kudos to the manager. I ordered 3 large pizzas to pick up last night, a splurge for my family, once we got home we discovered the order wasn’t right. My veggy pizza was replaced. One quick phone call and the manager fixed it, and sent the correct pizza to my home. I’ve always enjoyed donato’s. I think it’s the best in town. Thank you!

This Donatos pizza is one of my favorites. Ever since they changed their pizzas a while back, most others seem to have a hard time getting the special instructions (i.e. Light Sauce, We’ll Done Bake, etc.)

What has happened ? I ordered for dinner , got it home & the pizza was cut like someone was angry while cutting it .We had slices that were smaller than a breadstick ! And speaking of breads ticks ours were almost burnt .I usually will call in & ask for a manager but I was honestly in shock because this location has always been top notch for myself & my family .I think at this point we will be on a Donatos break .

They apparently can’t deliver pizza 7 minutes away from their shop because it is “too far away” The most expensive pizza in town and can’t afford the gas to deliver. Not a shocker. Update: Peter Parker is now delivering their pizzas! Pizza is destroyed before it gets to my house!
