Absolutely Fantastic Experience at Donatos Plaza!
From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch—friendly, fast, and welcoming. The staff made me feel right at home and were attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and perfect for both solo dining or grabbing a bite with friends.

This location is amazing. Had some issues with door dashers taking my food then unassigning the order twice. I called them and they promptly remade my food and even gave me a couple coupons even though it wasn’t their fault. They said this has been an ongoing issue with dashers here. I did report it to door dash also. Thank you to the ladies tonight for being so kind and understanding of the whole situation.

I come to this Donatos pretty often since I only live about 5 minutes away. I’ve never had an issue until today. I pulled up to the window for my pickup order and waited for about 5-7 mins. Never greeted by anyone. I walk inside to tell the guy working the counter what happened and ask who’s working the window and he says “I don’t know” and shakes his head. I then tell him my name for the order, he gets the pizza, I put my hand out and he places it on the counter with an attitude. I wish I would’ve gotten his name but the audacity to be mad at me for your poor customer service is beyond me!

Horrible night for Donatos. Watched a drama series playout in the parking lot. Went through the drive through when it was over and sat in the line for 15 minutes only to pull up to the window and watch a young man yelling and rushing with orders. After waiting and not being acknowledged at the drive thru window, I left and came back. Picked up my order and it was burnt and looked unappealing. I will try Masseys next time.

You get what you pay for, and I’m taking about what you pay employees. Ordered online, ETA for order was 15mins after order. Due to traffic and a long post office visit I arrived 12 minutes after the promise time, 27 minutes from order time. After waiting two minutes at the drive through to be greeted I drove around the building again. After waiting 2 more minutes, now 31 minutes after ordering, the employee finally greeted me and told me that they had to fire the pizzas. I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni, he said an additional 7 minutes for the firing, indicating the pizzas were already prepped, just not fired, clearly meaning that our order had gone unnoticed for now 31 minutes, and only upon arriving to pick it up we’re the employees made aware they had an order. This was the first ticket of the day.
I get it. People hate their jobs and they are paid very poorly, but still I just ask that you actually do the job you claim to do and are asked to do. There were many employees present, at least 4. Two of them walking around on a cellphone and two of them appearing to have just finished eating a meal or snack.
Waiting 38 minutes for two medium pizzas and a salad is unacceptable in the QSR industry.
I like Donatos pizza and will continue to buy it, just not from this location. Unless I’m prepared to wait close to 45 minutes for an order.

They burnt EVERYTHING. The chicken and pizzas were so overcooked. You probably can’t tell but there’s bacon and pepperoni on this pizza. They tried to cover up the severely burnt wings with bbq sauce but the smell of burnt food was so bad when you opened the chicken box it made you sick…50 bucks worth of food just burnt….We even tipped them and I picked it up! This was our first and last time ordering from this location…

So upset right about now. Ordered a LG Works Pizza with extra cheese. Waited about 20 minutes inside the store for my order, I should have checked my order when I got it, but I was so frustrated for waiting so long just to get the order, I was just ready to get home. Once home, I opened the box, and inside was a cheese pizza that I DID NOT ORDER! The pizza looked a hot mess. I am totally done with Donatos.
