I made an online order which is always easy to do. The delivery time was early like normal. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I don’t normally leave reviews, but ordered a sub with no tomato and extra lettuce. I got tomato and barely lettuce. On the pizza, I ordered extra mushrooms, barely any on it which it’s a classic trio that has mushrooms and asked for extra/ charged for it. Very happy the pizza doesn’t have a soupy texture anymore!

Done buying pizza here. We always ask for well done bake because they don’t cook their pizza long enough, and when we pick it up it’s still regular bake. They are always in such a hurry to get your pizza in the brown box…and for what? I will wait an extra 5 minutes for my hard earned dollars to be spent on a pizza that cooked properly and I don’t have to throw back in the oven when I get home. DREADFUL SERVICE, and this is the last straw. No more buying pizza from these kids

2nd time I went there and they severely messed up my order it’s almost like they don’t care at this point. The first time they messed it up they were busy and I let it slide but this time they weren’t busy and not only messed up the order completely but didn’t give any sauces that we paid extra for. My guess is it’s young kids that just don’t care. But it suck’s cause the food is good and we love Donatos but it seems like staff has no care for the customers and the product they are putting out. They are just fulfilling orders to collect a check and make it to the end of the day wether the order is right or wrong.

We visited Donatos Pizza and ordered the Big Don Italian sub. They were delicious. The portion size was perfect and the prices were very reasonable. I will return to try the pizza and wings. The service was fast and friendly and thr dining area was clean. There is also plenty of parking available.

Really curious as to why the manager is allowing her employee to sit there on his phone when customers can see and every single one of these tables has not been clean. Jack get it together and actually teach your managers and associates what is expected of them. This would not fly at the Cameron ave location. Food was good tho

Had pizza and wings delivered. 10 minutes late and food was cold. Pizza was definitely not “edge to edge”. One piece had no cheese on it.
Edited my original post to add: The pizza was delivered by Doordash, and I believe that was part of the problem. The driver made several stops after picking up my pizza, so this is probably why it was cold. Not sure about how the cheese issue happened, though.

Too expensive for what you receive. Even after a screw up- the second attempt was bad. No cheese shouldn’t mean no toppings.

Pizza was very overpriced for the size and quality. Boneless wings were not good. And the AI assistant used to place an order over the phone (no option to talk to a person) did not listen to responses, so you had to repeat things 3-4 times.
