Donatos requests a premium price for their products and until recently we were happy to pay it. We’ve lived in the area for 13 years. we have always had good consistent food from this location. Until a few months ago. Something has changed. There appears to be very little adult supervision at this location and the adults that are there do not care.
Food has become inconsistent. The service is non existent and no one seems to care. I’ll spend my money somewhere else after my recent experiences here.

NEVER ORDER FOR DELIVERY! This is the third time we ordered for delivery, 3 out of 3 times they’ve messed up our order. We can’t ever even get our own order. Most recently, it was an hour and a half late, and pizza was cold. When asking for a refund, they denied us and asked for the wrong pizzas back.

Called in beforehand because we were going to dine in and had a big party. They were very accommodating. When we ordered our pizza, it was everything I expected. Absolutely was fantastic!!! We will visit again when we are in the area.

Ordered delivery, food was left on the porch without anyone knocking. Pizza was smashed under sub and entree salad. Called wondering where the food was 25 minutes later thinking maybe they were busy just to find out it was thrown on the porch and left. Was told they would give us credit for our next meal, which we spent over $50 and decided to use it today and we were argued with and told they don’t have a credit. I love their food but can only afford it once in a great while but this, I am disappointed enough I won’t ever order from the Powell Ohio on Sawmill Parkway again. They lie.

Should have known better than to try ordering pizza from Donato’s Powell location again. Stopped ordering from them several months ago because their website would not process transactions with my credit card. Was given no explanation by the store as to why this was happening. Oh well. So tried again recently, hoping tech issue was resolved. The charge went through. Yay! When pizza arrived, it included pepperoni topping, which I, a vegetarian, most certainly did not request. Tried calling store 3 times, but store was hanging up on me after about 10 rings. Called national number and they rang the store for me. What do you know, someone answered the phone. Told them what happened and they replaced the pizza in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I requested extra mushrooms and normal amount of green olives, but the new pizza was overloaded with green olives and had normal amount of mushrooms. Unbelievable, but I guess ordering pizza from this store is not in the cards for me ever again. Too bad, because when they get it right, their pizza is the best.

Can’t back again for their wonderful pizza we use to get for the last 6 years . Today we got pizza with few pieces of chicken for $20 large pizza. It seems like someone who prepared pizza for us completely disregarded company’s values and customers trust. We were deeply disappointed.

I maybe visit here once a month. But the past 3 times I’ve been have been a huge disappointment. Undercooked pizza and sides, literally 0 words from staff (like he just gave me a thumbs up after I said my name and a thumbs up when I was leaving), and it’s becoming consistent. Not sure what’s going on there, but I’ll order from somewhere else from now on and avoid the disappointment.
