We ordered a 14-in pepperoni pie. We drove through Guy told us it would be ready in about 20 minutes.
Instead of waiting outside, because it’s cold, we came in. That was about 5 minutes. When we walked in no later than a handful of minutes they told us it was done! Talk about fast!
The girls liked the pizza. I thought it was okay. The fountain drinks were lacking syrup. There wasn’t much flavor to them.
I’m not sure if she is a manager or just a worker but the lady that helped us when we walked in was very nice. Extremely good service.

Don’t order delivery from here. You’ll never get your order. I don’t mean REALLY late. I mean you’ll NEVER get your order. Tonight was my third time ordering delivery in the past 2 months- I paid the $5 delivery charge and a $5 tip and ONCE AGAIN had to call and ask where my order was. Finally, I said I would just come to the drive through to get it myself! And when I got there, they couldn’t even find half my order! I was trying to avoid packing up toddlers, unpacking toddlers, interrupting our evening, and paying for services I never received. This is THE WORST run Donatos in Columbus. And now I’m wondering why I didn’t order from Grandad’s in the first place. They DESERVE the business- not dumb-natos.

Ordered a mariachi, oreo stix, and a dr. Pepper 2l. I received a mtn. Dew, mariachi pizza with no tomatos that was cold and about half the size of a normal personal pizza. The oreo stix has about 1 fl. Oz if that of icing. Thanks. Waited about 1.5 hours for this order. Really wish I wouldny have ordered it and saved my money.

everyone who works here is super nice, but every time I order it says “great, your pizza will be ready in 12 minutes!” and I’m like oh wow, that’s crazy fast
then, I go pick up my pizza and find that it is under done. I’m actually standing next to the toaster oven while my breadsticks finish baking in my kitchen. this has been going on for literal years, but today finally decided to post this
so, donatos, please: just cook everything for an extra little bit. nobody needs a pizza in 12 minutes, 15 is fine

Ordered from this location once with no issues. Second time ordering from this location I was very disappointed. My expectations for boneless wings from a pizza place are not very high but what I got served was pathetic. It looked like they were heated up on a dirty surface so there was weird burnt pieces stuck on every piece. And whoever prepared them was too lazy to properly toss them in sauce. Instead they put them in the container and squirted some sauce on top. Overall my pizza was ok but had a crispy burnt edge around almost the whole thing. My husband’s pizza looked ok. Seems to be very hit or miss depending on when you order.

Made the mistake of ordering the egregiously overpriced hot honey pizza. Yeah it’s a “specialty” so it deserves to be 20+ $ I’m sure.
I’ve had the hot honey pizza at other locations and it’s usually pretty good, but this place in particular decided to just not bother putting any hot honey on it.

Just a regular heckin pepperoni pizza for that genuinely insane price.
Seriously save your money and just go anywhere else. I don’t know what kind of scam theyre running but it feels criminal. Is the honey too expensive or something? We may never truly know, because I’m sure not coming back to find out.

Donatos must be one of these places that has nostalgia on their side . With all the pizza options in Columbus, why anyone would pay for this average overpriced pizza is a mystery. Tried the stuffed crust today , it was average like everything else. Pizza sauce is good, but the rest is nothing special . Wings are rubber and small . Nice people working and the restaurant is clean , I’ll give them that .
