Was in the mood for some pizza, this was close to my hotel. Called in my order. Which was taken by an AI, that was easy and pretty cool.
Got there, it was empty, my heart dropped, thinking … this is going to be bad. Ordered the hot chicken sandwich and mariachi chicken pizza… to my surprise it was amazing!!!! We loved it.

David L was on the ball, place looked so clean inside, pizzas so organized and ready to go at the pickup window, he was killin it in there as he looked like one of the only staff working tonight, stellar customer service as always. 10/10 recommend, always so fast from when you order to picking up!!

Ashaya was on the ball getting my order ready! I wasn’t at the pickup window a minute and she greeted me, and read back my order to make sure it was accurate. The whole trip took less than 5 minutes, and as always, the food was fantastic.. More people like Ashaya need to be hired. This was THE perfect pickup!! Thank you, Ashaya, and thank you, Donatos!!

We have been buying from this location for years. Jackie gave me great service Friday night. Friendly, polite and helpful in pick/up window. Always is in this location. Never had a wrong order, any issue with staff, wait time or professionalism. Very happy to recommend them.
