This was our first time at Donatos. From the moment we walked in we were impressed. Marvee took our order and she was super helpful helping us take advantage of the deals and getting us a good amount of food for the price. The only thing we may not order again are the boneless wings. The chicken was good quality, but the flavor wasn’t exactly our favorite. The sweet chili had a little bit of an odd flavor, but the mild buffalo was decent. The chicken bacon ranch salad was fresh, with crisp lettuce, and flavorful chicken. We got a large edge to edge pizza with beef and tomatoes and it was hot and super tasty when we received it. Then we got a small thin crust very vegy edge to edge which was also hot and had really good flavor. They also have a little corner with toys and games for children of various ages. Our toddler enjoyed “cutting” a pizza while we waited for our food.

I ordered a large cheese pizza, but unfortunately, it was mediocre at best given the price point. The consistency of the dough, sauce, and cheese just wasn’t there. We usually order from another local spot, but since they were closed, we decided to give this place a chance. Based on this experience, we won’t be back.

Just a tiny heads-up if you use the phone’s AI to place your order. If you’re getting anything more exciting than plain cheese or pepperoni, it’s worth double-checking the order before you leave the store. The AI can say everything correctly, but the instructions that reach the store sometimes get a little… creative.

I ordered a calzone, garlic bread, and cinnamon bread through Grubhub. The calzone and especially the garlic bread had a SUPER sour taste to them. I am not sure if I was tasting something that was charred, or something that had gotten old or rancid. The sourness was very strange. The cinnamon bread was completely normal though. I got a refund for the other two items. I really hope I don’t get sick…

Great Pizza! I had not heard of them before moving to Murfreesboro. The service was about what you expected out of prople these days,and the atmosphere seemed decent. So far I’ve just ordered the large pepperoni pizza, but it was great! Give them a try if you’ve never been there.

We ordered 3 pizza and a salad, the chicken pizza had a hair in it and the dressing we paid extra for was not delivered. we tried several times to call, and the phone rings and hangs up, very poor customer service. Don’t think my office will order again from them.

First time visit and options explained pleasantly by staff. Had the bakery crust pizza, and GF pizza, and bread sticks. Like many places these days, it appears the staffing may be short BUT the two employees on duty were extremely pleasant and welcoming. Food was hot, fresh, and very good.
