I RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY! We love trying new pizza joints. This was the BIGGEST disappointment. We ordered wings, extra dipping sauces, cheese bread, and double bacon pepperoni pizza. The wings were the smallest wings I have ever seen. They were dry (even though we were under the impression they should have been sauced as we picked a sauce flavor and it did not say dry-rub). They were not flavorful at all! NONE of the sauces we ordered (at over $1 each) arrived. The cheese bread was disgusting. The cheese on top was hard, there was no type of “sauce” so it was dry dough that had zero flavor with hard cheese on top. It tasted like it had been sitting out on a counter for 2 days and then delivered to us. The pizza was not only dry, but it was BURNT and it tasted BURNT! The toppings were dry. Again, it tasted old! Nothing we ordered from this place was worth eating! We will never order from here again.

I was super excited to have Donatos back in Orlando. It had been over 10 years since I had experienced their thin crust pizza and yummy Italian salad. When we heard it was back we made a 30 minute trek to check it out! While it doesn’t have the charm of the original with the phones in the booth, it does have the same great flavors with the crispy pepperoni covering the pizza. Service was good, but it’s truly turned into a fast casual type place. The meatballs were also good, but the cheese bread was oddly flavorless. Hope you expand more in O-Town!

I had an amazing experience at Donatos Pizza, and their Works thin crust pizza truly exceeded my expectations. The combination of sausage, pepperoni, and vegetables on this pizza was absolutely perfect, delivering a burst of flavors in every bite. I can’t wait to return and explore their other menu items, especially their subs, as this visit left me eagerly anticipating more delicious meals from Donatos. This place is a gem for pizza lovers and they aren’t over priced!

We had the famous thin pepperoni pizza. The sauce was delicious and after each bite it made me want to eat more. Service was excellent and the facility was clean. We ordered two subs ago and one was a meatball sub and the other was the ham and cheese.

Blaze who?! I walked by this place when I visited Brooklyn Bagels and was curious about it since I had never tried their pizza.
What a pleasant surprise… I had the their “Works” pizza and I have to say that it was VERY good. Nice, crisp thin crust cut in squares rather than triangular slices (they’ll slice it that way if you ask) which I found great. Pizza was perfectly cooked, attendants were nice. My wife had the cauliflower crust and she said it was as good or even better than Blaze Pizza, which she loves.
All in all an awesome pizza.

Donatos pizza was delicious and crispy. I enjoyed the ingredients as well as the toppings. I love the special online options of being able to put cheese over your ingredients, along with many more options. Giving your customers control of their food along with excellent service is a really nice touch.
Consumer warning ⚠️
I advise to not get the thicker crust option if you’re getting a loaded specialized ingredient pizza. I ordered a thick crust “Founders Favorite” baked WELL DONE. Ingredients we’re cooked and tasted amazing. The crust on the other hand, fell short of baking all the way through.
After the fact, I was told the thicker crust has issues baking the dough in the middle due to its thickness. My disapointment was met with excellent customer service and delicious food that I want to come back and try again and again.
For example: The works pizza on a thin crust, well done, add or replace a topping with “hot Chicken”. Yummy!

Absolutely amazing pizza. Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond. The pizza is incredible as always. I saw a post on here saying that it’s not even close to Chicago style. She was right! Donatos is Columbus style pizza and is way more superior in my opinion. So glad to see this location open up. I was so happy to visit that I have reached out for information regarding a franchise opportunity. Keep up the great work!! We will be back soon!

I saw this place open up and had to try it. Thin crust pepperoni sounded so good! The pepperoni is well seasoned, crispy crust and beautiful presentation. We also tried the cauliflower crust chicken spinach mozzarella, the chicken is the best I’ve had on a pizza and that says a lot – large, tasty well seasoned pieces. It’s going to be had d to try other things there because they knocked it out of the park on the first try. Definitely recommended!

This is easily the best pizza we can get in the Orlando area. Whether it’s the thick doughy cheese bread or the crisp thin pizza crust, they get it perfectly. Also they’re never stingy with the toppings: it’s covered all the way out to the rim! Fast and friendly service. Great deal overall. 🙂

Delicious. This is our 3rd order from Donatos since it opened on Goldenrod rd. Surprisingly the Jalapeños weren’t as hot as I’d imagined in the Fresh Stuffed Jalapeños, but they were still tasty and had a wonderful crunch. The Hot Chicken is a favorite with its well balanced flavor of spice and tang. The Cauliflower pizza was a new one on us tonight, but wasn’t bad. The ingredients are fresh and it’s honestly hard to tell the difference between cauliflower and their actual crust. Love the square cut slices.
