I ordered online. Arrive 5 minutes early. By the time I washed my hands got a text message that my order was ready, and it most certainly was! Directly out of the oven. Ate a slice in the car and OMG! The crust was like buttery toast. The toppings hot and gooey. I got the Popeye with anchovies! Pizza is my favorite since I was a child. This is one of the best crust I’ve had so far. The secret is getting it right out the oven. Ill be honest he vibe wasn’t that inviting but to be fair it was 630 on a monday. Service wasn’t bad, just busy. All and all ill give it another go.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery. The works( really good) thin crust. Large mushroom (it was raw). I called and was told I could come down- defeating the purpose for delivery. Then I was told I could put a special request in next time( to cook my pizza?) it was literally raw dough underneath. Couldn’t eat. Had mushrooms and cheese for dinner. All of it was raw! WTH
FYI. The correct response would be to refund the one pizza. Between the 5.00 delivery fee and the tip, it’s the least they could do. I mean really, you cook pizza every day- do I really need to special request that it’s cooked?

They delivered an EMPTY BOX of what was supposed to be cheese bread. When I called them to discuss just now, the girl who answered said “no problem, I’ll let them know.” When I tried to correct her that of course it’s not the customers problem and that the appropriate customer service would be to apologize on behalf of Donato’s she hung up on me. Not a great look.

We walked in and there wasn’t any customers. We got our own menu and decided what to have. After waiting 10 minutes at the counter we walked out. Nobody ever took our order. There was one person in the back and one person putting to go boxes together taking up a huge table in the dining area. Unfortunately we never got to try it. The guy putting the to go boxes together was also on his phone the whole time.

know I’ve seen Donatos owners respond here before, so I hope this reaches the right person. Unfortunately, this is the second time my family has had a very poor experience at the Jax Beach Donatos on Beach Blvd.
The first time, a few months ago, we came in to pick up a pizza and were surprised to see what looked like a very young child (elementary school age) running the front counter. Not only was our food cold, but we had also been double charged. Eventually, what seemed to be her mother came out and said she would correct the double charge the next day as she did not have access to correct online orders.we never for reiumbursed for the double charge but decided to let it go.
Fast forward to today: my family (visiting from out of town) ordered delivery. The pizza was left at the door without anyone knocking or alerting us, so we only realized it had arrived after calling the store. A young girl answered and, when we asked why they hadn’t notified us, she insisted there was a sign on our door that said “Do Not Knock.” In reality, our door simply says “No Soliciting.” When we tried to clarify, she raised her voice, then hung up. My mother called back to speak with a manager, and the same young girl claimed she was the manager, gave her name as Amira, and hung up again.
After 2/2 experiences being this poor, I cannot recommend this location. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is unacceptable along with the cold expensive pizza.

It was a winner for me! I chose to dine at home with my Donatos order, and it was great. The ‘buy one get one free’ pepperoni classic definitely made us all happy. It had a deliciously crispy thin crust around the edges and tender towards the center. The pepperoni was cooked into little cups of perfection. The works was piled with veggies, meats, cheese, and was definitely a winner.

My first visit. There is limited seating and all the tables and floor were dirty. The young lady who greeted us and took our order was a soft speedy talker. I had a hard time hearing and understanding her. I am hearing impaired and I tried to explain it to her but she didn’t want to listen. My husband is not hearing impaired but he also couldn’t understand her. She was nice. She just needs to slow down and speak up. We ordered large Italian Trio. Which has pepperoni sausage and mushrooms, wings and bottled drinks. It took about 25 mins to get our food. They were pretty steady with walk-in customers and a couple of drive thru. The pizza is very good. I would say above average for chain pizza. The wings were just frozen Tyson style with buffalo sauce tossed on. I would say this. If your thinking of a chain store pizza… Yes get Donatos if you want great pizza. Go to a local pie shop.

Bogo breadsticks was a total joke. 4 of the smallest breadsticks x 2. We laughed, what a rip off each tiny breadstick cost 1.75 a piece at that price. Will never be back too bad too because the pizza wasnt bad.

Ordered a large 14” pepperoni pizza, 15 traditional garlic wings, and a dessert. The pizza was great, not too greasy which is especially common with pizza joints that use the large pepperonis. The food was absolutely delicious. The wings had a lot of flavor and were true dry rub rather. We’re in Florida vacationing for our honeymoon and wanted a quick and delicious meal after traveling all day, and this was perfect. The location itself was easy to find and there was plenty of parking, including designated area for pick up. Were we local to the area, we’d definitely eat here again!

Stopped by because we heard good things, and And the menu pictures look great. They do have a lot of specialties. But I’m a pizza snob coming from New Haven county and I want really tasty pizza. This was not the place. The crust is thin, and the toppings go all the way to the edge, and the toppings are flavorful, so they have that going for them, but that’s it. The crust looks and tastes pre-made and frozen. Had to add parmesan to get flavor on the pizza. The sauce was generic and didn’t add to the pizza at all. For atmosphere, there isn’t any. The place is empty and more of a takeout joint. The ventilation system is poor and if you eat in, be prepared to be overwhelmed by fumes from the nail salon next door. I tried it, but I won’t go back.
