I placed an order well before the the closing time. It took them an hour and 30 minutes to prepare and deliver. I paid a total of $ 45 for 4 freshly baked cookies, 2 brownies, and Cinnamon Bread. And this is what I got.

Ordered pizza one night after moving here from south Florida and heard horrendous things about pizza places around here, but Donatos pizza did not disappoint whatsoever! The pizza was delicious, the pepperoni was perfect as well as the hot chicken pizza which had Pickles on it (I know sounds weird but don’t knock it til you try it).
I went a second time and got two half and half specialty pies and they were absolutely amazing again! Bbq chicken, buffalo chicken, hot honey pepperoni, and spinach chicken tomato.
The food is great but so is the owner and management! Run here don’t walk!

We had a great dine-in experience. At first, I thought the theme and vibe was more upscale than the branded paper plates and 20oz bottle drinks.
But, everyone was friendly.
Pizza came out hot and cooked perfectly, and didn’t scald the roof of my mouth on the first bite…. Which is a plus.
I devoured a “hot honey pepperoni” and also tried “the works” both on thin crust, with an Asiago cheese bread.
I’d love to see a fountain drink station, but I’ll be back anyway.

First time we ordered takeout Pizza . This is a new business. There are a lot of options on the menu, we chose build your own. They do have a cauliflower crust as a gluten, free option, which I liked. The gluten free pizza is small. I didnt like that the pizza was cut into squares, especially since the pizza is small. We also went with a hand toss pizza. Both pizzas tasted good, however the bottom crust needed a little more cooking. Packets of Parm. Cheese and red pepper provided. The taste/flavor is a 4 but giving a 3 because the crust was a tad

Stopped in with family. We ordered a large 1/2 Hot Chicken, 1/2 Chicken, Spinach, Mozzarella, and a Donato’s Pilsner (beer). We decided to eat at the restaurant.
CJ took our order and helped us decide on the right size. I asked her about some of the flavors, and she gladly helped us with that as well.
The pizza was cooked to perfection and the place felt cozy. We enjoyed our pizza and caught some of the Browns game on one of the TV’s. John (the chef) even came out to check on us.
Overall, it really was a top-notch experience! We’ll make this our regular weekend pizza spot.

I ordered their meat, lovers pizza and it was delicious. The crust had kind of a smoky flavor like it was cooked in a pizza oven. It was delicious!!! I will definitely come back And order another pizza. Service was great also

Stopped by here the first Friday of the grand opening and thank God I ordered online as the place was swamped. Ordered a serious meat pizza and a calzato. Pizza was pretty good but my calzato not so much as it was cold and lacked flavor. Kind of pricey compared to other chains but the pizza ingredients taste a lot fresher. I will shout-out the staff as they were super friendly and courteous despite the huge crowd. Willing to try again in the future.

Nope! Just no… I was so excited about Donato’s opening and waited till after the soft opening to give them a try since I’ve had them before and love their pizza. I ordered online at 6:55 with a promise of delivery for 7:25. My food was delivered an hour later and lukewarm. Not only was it lukewarm… it was also burnt! ♀️ They’re pricier than several pizza places near them so one would expect them to be on top of their game. Anyway, I wanted to give them a try and I did. That was enough for me.

Went to dine in on Friday night, we walked in around 10:30 pm which they supposedly closes at 12am. When we ordered we were asked if we were dining in or taking out we told him we were dining in. He took our order we got our drinks went to set down and was approached and told the Manager told him the dining room closed at 10. So we had to take our pizza with us. What away to treat your customers. First and last time for us.

The pizza is always delicious and you can’t go wrong with classic cheese or pep—with a well done bake! Donatos is my favorite pizza—the thin crust and edge-to-edge toppings mean every piece is perfect.
