We loved our first time at Donatellos! It was delicious and again Luna was the best! The drinks were wonderful. We tried 3 pastas, salad, the CH pizza, cannoli, and tiramisu! All was delicious.

Food was pretty good and came out fresh and fast. Pizza had a good cheesy pull. Pasta was perfectly sauced and tasted delicious. Desserts were pretty good too. Tiramisu dessert was my favorite! Everyone was super nice and always checked up on us. They even gave us a complimentary dessert of cannolis which were so delicious! I would definitely recommend this place. Will be coming back for sure!

Donatellos in Winter, GA is a wonderful place. The atmosphere is amazing—visually beautiful, with great music and outstanding service.
Lucas and Esteban came to our table and recommended the menu, and they were absolutely right. The chicken pesto pasta and the CH pizza were perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
We loved the appetizer board, especially the charcuterie.

Italian cuisine was outstanding. The menu offers some of the best Italian flavors we have ever had. Highly recommend the Chicken Pesto (approximately, $16) and Sugo Rustico Di Pancetta (approximately, $18) Please note this is nothing like the Italian Fast Food Chain with bread sticks and soup or salads as part of the meal….This is exceptional URBAN CASUAL dining with authentic Italian flavors.
Portions were generous. Service was outstanding. THE restaurant VIBE was easy, modern, and not pretentious. The bar is handsome and stocked. Thank you for a great experience, Donatello’s. Highly recommend.

We had the BEST dinner tonight at Donatello’s Urban Trattoria in Winder. We went as a big family which was perfect because we got to try so many dishes.
The octopus carpaccio appetizer we tried (the Polpo Pressato)? I still can’t get over it. Truly like nothing else I’ve ever tasted.
The pizzas were incredible! Super fresh dough, as if they brought the oven straight from Naples.
The pastas were all delicious and surprisingly light, not super heavy like other Italian restaurants. the Carbonara, the Penne alla Vodka with burrata, and the meatball pasta were all standouts. Super fresh flavors, and just beautifully made.
Even dessert was amazing! The tiramisu was perfection.
The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and has such a cozy vibe, and my kid loved trying all the different plates.
If you’re anywhere near Winder, this is a MUST.

I am late in reviewing. We went a couple of weeks ago. Everyone was so friendly. The atmosphere is interesting. The decor is based on art. They have a variety of menu items. The food is very good. They are a bit less than the big Italian restaurants. I forgot to take pictures of the food when it came out, but as you can see, it was a hit.

The carbonara was the best item we tried. They didn’t properly emulsify the sauce as you can see by the puddle of sauce. It had good flavor and was well prepared.
My chicken Parm sandwich was kind of a let down. Not worth $21 bucks with the extra chicken added. No flavor, dry and tasteless.
Do not get the truffle fries. I see why the truffle oil craze died out. Overcooked fries and an overpowering cheap truffle oil flavor.

We went to Donatello’s for the first time today. My family and I had a great time. The food was excellent. No notes. I tried the octopus carpaccio and the meatballs as appetizers, and those were excellent, and then since the octopus was so tasty and cooked to perfection(not too chewy but also not overcooked) which is rare to find, I also had the octopus pasta and it was amazing! Others in my family had the CH pizza and “the jonathan” pizza which is off the menu and they loved those too. Overall highly recommend this new restaurant! Oh and the cocktails were amazing too. We’ll be coming back for sure.

Donatello’s The Urban Trattoria didn’t disappoint. Their drinks are delicious and super well made, the perfect start to the meal. The meatball appetizer is insanely good tender, flavorful, and easily one of my favorites. And the pasta? Fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor every single time. If you want great food and a nice vibe, this spot is definitely worth it.
