This is one of the better mexican places to eat at in Chicago! Their meat is really good and they’re not stingy with it compared to other local places.
The staff were very nice, and the service is quick! Their salsa is really spicy and good. We received chips & salsa when we first arrived, then received a complimentary birria soup to try. I think this is a way to promote other menu options.
I got a burrito dinner which comes with rice and beans, while my mom got a torta. The burrito was huge and stuffed with meat, I took half of it to go along with half of the rice and beans. Their rice wasn’t my favorite, so next time I’d probably just get a burrito, but it varies on the person.
We also received complimentary arroz con leche, it was my first time trying it, I am not a fan of cinnamon but it was not bad. My mom liked it!
Overall, I definitely would revisit!

I’ve ordered delivery from here twice now and the food has been consistently great. The portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth.
I highly recommend the flautas with meat and the enchiladas, both were flavorful and satisfying. The only item I wouldn’t order again is the chicharrones sope. I was expecting crispy chicharrones, but they arrived soft and more like blobs of squishy fat, which I couldn’t eat. It may have been because they were layered over refried beans and under sour cream during delivery. Packaging them separately might help them stay crunchy.

Literally my favorite place in the neighborhood. I love coming here any night of the week. The energy is always great and the food is consistent. The guy who runs front of house is an amazing host. Love coming in on nights when they serve a small appetizer soup and close out with some rice pudding for dessert. A great place to hang out. We love ohani!

It was a great experience, no wait time to get sat and food came quickly. Everything was absolutely delicious and flavorful, from the chips & salsa, to the small soups, tacos with rice and beans and we got free desserts.
The staff was so thoughtful and attentive, they gave wonderful service. Interior was very cute for Valentine’s Day. Highly recommend coming here! 🙂

Every time we go to Doña Natys, we are treated like family! Service can never be beat, so quick, and so friendly, best tacos I’ve ever had and they go above and beyond with free add ons to your meal. It’s BYOB, so a great time with friends & also a family environment too. 100x out of 100x we continue to choose Doña Natys over the taco place across the street (barcocina) that is much pricier and not nearly as tasty. A neighborhood gem, we are so lucky to live around the corner. Don’t forget to purchase one of their canvas tote bags! “West Town Runs On Doña Naty’s”

My son and I have been supporting this business for a little over a year. The food is always fresh and delicious! The owner’s son is a really hard worker and always provides friendly customer service. He saved the day in the summer of 2025 by providing tacos for my son’s 8th-grade graduation party. He even delivered to the southside! We had a full spread for the party, but the tacos went first! I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for authentic Mexican food with a great vibe! #SanfordNSon
