This place is terrible if I can give zero stars I would, let me start off that we made a call in order and the young fellow said it’ll be ready in 15 minutes, once we’ve arrive our food wasn’t ready and also had to wait an additional 40 minutes on top of the 15 minutes from placing my call in order, the only one concerned was the young fellow once I say the new ownership caught wind that we were frustrated about waiting all the meanwhile table orders were going out, that’s when I expressed my frustrations in both English and Spanish like what the heck is taking my call in order so damn long as table walk-in orders were the focus and not the called in orders, I unfortunately won’t be back to this establishment, I appreciate the effort from the young fellow but for that alone I won’t be back at all. I wish y’all the best and get rid of the cook that has no interest whatsoever but table orders. If you like waiting excessively then this is the place for you lol.

I highly recommend this restaurant, it’s under new management but this family is on point. The food is amazing, the service is outstanding, everything is so fresh. You can’t go wrong with Doña Cecy’s. I feel like I’m back in the motherland in El Salvador. With the music, I feel like I’m in a family party.

This would be the second time visiting this particular location, but I have been to this restaurant chain before. The food, especially the pupusas are really good. The curtido, I’m sorry but I’m very particular, it’s ok. I like my curtido with onions and a but more flavor, this one has the cabbage and carrots, salt and pepper. As for the salsa, it’s also ok, I like more flavor too.

I love Hispanic food but on this occasion I feel very offended. This was my second visit to this restaurant and the cashier always tends to charge more things than what you ask for and this time I feel like I was robbed the first time I didn’t say anything because I thought that It was an accident but on this second occasion I realized that they really do steal from you, so I recommend that the clients of this place always check their receipt Or better visit another restaurant

This restaurant has been take over by new owner. I decided to give them a chance again after being disappointed by the previous owners and service provided. Well let me tell you that the new owner did not disappoint I personally love the chicken pupusas and let me say that the flavor was on point and they were really stuffed. I had a big order and let’s just say my family was impressed and loved it. I truly believe the new owners care about their customers and services provided. I recommend giving the new owners a chance to change your mind about your previous experiences.

Very unprofessional. Nobody greets you. Nobody is ever at the cashier. You have to wait for so long until someone can help you. This place should have someone dedicated just to being cashier and others to being servers. Not mixing it up. Very unhappy & unsatisfied. Where are the cashiers?

I went in and had a pan con pollo! Loved it! So I decided to order 50 pupusas for a game night! Everyone was super impressed! Very yummy! The curtido was so good! Very authentic! Can’t wait to go try the carne asada! Also, side note. My daughter loved the horchata. I usually don’t like it but I tried it, and it was damn good!!
