I visited this place today and I ordered a bread and when they brought it out I noticed that the bread was rotten! if I wouldn’t of had noticed it I would’ve ate it Its very disappointing how the workers dont check the food before serving it im very disappointed in this place honestly

I am beyond disappointed with this place. The quality has completely gone downhill, and it is unacceptable. The pupusas I ordered were poorly made, deformed, and barely filled nothing close to what they are supposed to be. This is not a one-time issue; it happens every single time. Excuses like new or untrained employees are not acceptable. It is management’s responsibility to ensure proper training, quality control, and consistency.
On top of that, the customer service is absolutely terrible. The staff, especially the waitresses, consistently show a rude, dismissive, and disrespectful attitude toward customers. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason this business exists. The restaurant has potential, but it is being completely wasted due to poor leadership, lack of accountability, and substandard service. If serious changes are not made immediately, this place will continue to lose customers

Used to be my favorite spot but then went down in everything, they are all rude for no reason giving constant mean looks and attitude. The lady wouldn’t even give me my proper change until I had to ask for it. They always end up messing my order up now whether Its giving me the wrong amount or item.

The food was okay, but the service was terrible. They refused to give us silverware. How are you supposed to cut a steak with a plastic knife and fork? It took forever just to get drinks. That took twenty-five minutes to get the food. Keep in mind the place is almost empty. I wasn’t impressed at all. They could have done a lot better.

Never had a pupusa so I’m not sure if what I had was good. Mine were really greasy. I had the one with beans, cheese, and meat, but perhaps I should’ve done one at a time to enjoy each flavor. The wonderful surprise of the meal was the chicharrones, which I thought was going to be fried pork rind; no, they were hunks of delicious pork. I was already too full so I took half the chicharrones home and had them with rice for dinner!

The restaurant is a casual place and is known for Papusas. We tried the papusas and chicken entre, soup, and they were really good. Enjoyed the food, and it’s a decent place for a good meal.

I loved the chicken bread, 10/10. The atmosphere was very cozy and the food delicious. I went with my family, and the waitresses treated us very well, always attentive. I love the sweet and tender waitress Keisy; she treated us wonderfully. I look forward to going back with my family. I just wish they had dessert 🙁
