When you walk in you feel warm inside. The women in the front is very sweet and right to the point. The atmosphere brings you back to the 50’s. One of Aurora’s best gems. The food is good and deserves more praise.

I came 2 weeks ago for the pork tenderloin sandwich and it was very good, today I came for the shrimp and are delicious too, the service is very good, the waiting time is short, the person in front is very friendly and the prices are good, I have tried several things, hot dog, Italian beef and my favorite the 1/2 pound steak sandwich, everything is very good here.

I have never been treated so rudely at any restaurant as I did here, and by the owner, makes it even worse! I went in to get my daughter a hamburger and fries and I asked if they had anything that was not so fattening, so the lady suggested a grilled chicken sandwich, so I asked for it with no bun and add lettuce and tomato. I got it “to go”, went home and open the container and under the tomato and lettuce was a lil piece of chicken, I was very shocked, I called the place and told the lady how small the chicken was and she told me to bring it back, I told her I couldn’t come back for 2 hrs. and she said ok, so I asked her, so that means I have to wait 2hrs to eat and she said YEP. I took the sandwich back 2 hrs later, went inside, and a different lady asked me what I needed, I explained to her what was wrong and the owner came out of the back (he is the one that cooked the lil piece of chicken) and as he opened the register I let him know I didn’t want the chicken anymore, that I would take a cheese burger without the bun, well as I was saying that he reached in to the register and took out a $5 bill and threw it at me, yes, he threw it at me, and it floated to the ground and I asked him what are you doing, I didn’t want my money back, I wanted a burger instead, and he acted like I wasn’t even talking to him. When I was there earlier to get my food he was trying to give a delivery guy a free sandwich, he was more interested in that guy then a paying customer and that’s why he messed up my order. I will never eat there again, The restaurant next to them told me he is a rude man to a lot of people. He lost my business and all my friends and family. I hope it was worth it to him. He needs to take a class to control his temper!

Outside of the building looks modern. Inside us 50/60s style. Even have bottles of pop u can buy and a place to pop the cap off and enjoy the drink. Service was fast and friendly 🙂

This was my husband and I first time and they have the most absolutely amazing food. The best in town I’d say love the people there they were patient and very understanding and Dog FRIENDLY ‼️‼️‼️TOO. they also have very cool antique decor displayed throughout the store.

First time that I ordered (takeout) from here. Called in the order and it was fairly fast on a Friday night too. The prices were very decent and the food was tasty. I ate a chili cheese dog which was fantastic along with the fries and onion rings. The onion rings were cooked just right, not crunchy or hard but very soft and fully cooked to perfection. I also had the juicy bun which was soaked in just the right amount of gravy. My mom had the gyros and through they were great too.

Food prices were ok until I got the food no flavor super excited to try it and was sadly disappointed paid 27 $ for double cheese burger meal and Italian beef meal better off going to Portillos.
