We saw a REEL promoting a chili Relleno burrito wrapped in BACON and decided to try it! With of course, a side of a margarita! it was fabulous! Hit the spot! They also have a fully stocked salsa bar with all kinds of toppings you can add to your tacos, tortas , and burritos as needed . Great to see a steady stream of customers coming in to enjoy the fiesta. Big screen TVs to watch the games and other sports. we will be back!

EASY 5 stars. Absolute gem. You can taste the care in the handmade tortillas, easily the best taco tortillas I’ve ever had. The tacos were incredible and the horchata is, with ZERO exaggeration, the best I’ve ever had. My dad got their chile relleno burrito with pastor and it was phenomenal. Even during a soft opening they’re already operating at a high level. Fantastic atmosphere too. Went there earlier today and already can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu! Everything was great 😀

I been coming in daily now, best spot I have been at in a long time. I the food I did save this one taco for the pic . Very delicious, staff is amazing and kind and take care of your needs. This the best taco/food place in the springs. I will tell everyone come try them out. Chicken is chuck pieces and not shredded. Premium food here. Beer is cold ❄️. Plenty of space for party and groups and parking.

Update: I gave it the second try and ate my meal at the restaurant. It was a 10/10 experience with just adding ingredients from the salsa bar that I didn’t know existed.

Previous visit: The flavor is really good! The elote ribs were amazing. I will get those again. The one complaint I had was I ordered an asada taco and it was tortilla with asada and nothing else. I am going to give it another shot and hopefully my taco is better with toppings. If it is I’ll change my review to a 5 Star. I felt the asada was better flavored than most taco places. Pricing was okay for my food. I felt it wasn’t a good value for my buck, but after I try it again I’m hoping that my opinion will change. The atmosphere was really nice and welcoming. The service and friendliness was a 10/10. I also got a free pack of matches lol.

What a nice find! Super friendly service and quick food delivery. We ate inside, tons of TVs and a humungous salsa bar, that kind that makes you excited without any actual food . Went a little nuts with our order since everything looked so good.

The food was fantastic, starting with the crispies, sorta like a relleno but better and covered in green chili. Cheesy and great. Then we went nuts and got a bacon covered, chilli relleno, carne asada burrito. So good. Maybe the bacon was too over the top to enjoy the taste of the burrito. We had a rajas taco just for fun and it was great too. Highlight was the elote corn ribs. Get that every time! Slight bummer on the flautas, the lightest on flavor of everything we got.

We’ll be back!! So good.

My roommate and I came to try this place and it left us feeling full and happy! We each got 2 tacos and a churro, then we split the elote ribs and birria flautas (see photo below). The service was very nice and friendly! The atmosphere was interesting to say the least, very cool colorful sign in the back, but the lighting in the place itself was obnoxiously bright. I’m interested to try their breakfast burritos, let’s see if they live up to the hype.

Will definitely try them again after they get established.

Ordered crispies, corn ribs, 3 street tacos (asada, fried fish, al pastor), horcata, and Michelada.

Photo of the crispies (aka Chili Relleno) is below. Unfortunately, they are killing their food cost with 2 cups of shredded cheese per order but there’s not even an ounce of pepper in each relleno. Their online menu says this comes with beans, in store the menu does not have beans.

Fish was really fishy, asada was OK, pastor was good. Michelada had very very little tajin or flavor.

Salsa bar is good, but recommend they need reusable cups because they kept running out if the 2oz souffle cups and they were not a good option for the limes.

Definitely need some work on initial opening issues. Not bad, but not worth $50 currently.

Holy smokes!!! I knew I’d found my new favorite lunch place as soon as my Traditional Torta was placed in front of me. I didn’t even have to bite into it! Of course I did – and it was every bit (and every bite!) as awesome as it looked. Absolute heaven! I’ll be back to try other dishes!

What an amazing experience! I’m a bit of a foodie but this restaurant blew me away. We tried a burrito, tacos, wings, and two drinks and all of it was good. Can’t wait to go back and try some breakfast tacos or a few other dishes. The margarita was so yum, and the churro was the perfect ending to a tasty meal.

This is a must try spot!!!

Really good food! It’s a similar set up to some taco places in Southern California and Arizona. The flautas and pastor taco were good. They have a self-service salsa bar.
