Very disappointed, I ordered Carne Asada Fries. The Carne Asada used to be diced now it is ground, like hamburger.

It was clean inside. Service was fast and friendly. Cook didn’t even wait to receive the order she came and looked at what I was ordering and immediately got on it. Food actually tasted good too.

Our school ordered a week in advance, paid for food and then checked in twice (went inside) to make sure everything was good. It was 40 burritos, half bacon, half sausage breakfast burritos. We showed up and our order was not done. It was not started and they kept trying to make excuses that were not even viable. They stood around for 15-minutes trying to call the manager or someone to help. There was no attempt to make the order or get started. After a half hour, a manager came in and said they would make the food and deliver across the street to us in 50-minutes. When they arrived, the burritos were HALF the size as normal. The fillings were very small and we were shocked that after not having the order done, they now made us half the burrito we paid for. Please order from Roberto’s and Fausto’s and do not put yourself through this nonsense.
This store is unprofessional and if you cannot speak Spanish, you are doomed!

They made everything with really why I don’t eat at Taco Bell or Del Taco. Authentic and Culture filled deliciousness / Also got enough food to last for Lunch and Dinner. So saying their portions are better than Chipotle in which I don’t eat at either .

Nice people but I just got the most disgusting burrito I’ve ever had. Just a tortilla filled with oil, salsa, and a small amount of rice and two pieces of shrimp. Will not be finishing it. It literally burst open and liquid came out.

I rarely leave bad reviews for a local business, but my family were big supporters of this restaurant, having ordered dozens of times in large amounts for 4-10+ people and spending hundreds of dollars there. The last two times we ordered, we were given no salsa with our order. I’d have no problem paying extra for sides of salsa, but this option is not available on the online menu via Grubhub. We are big spicy food lovers and can’t enjoy food plain with no salsa–it’s a standard component of a Mexican meal. I’m highly disappointed in the customer service and how it has completely gone downhill recently. Since this restaurant refuses to give us salsa OR provide a way for us to purchase the salsa we need, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

So never had any issues with them before but this time nearly broke a tooth on an actual stick inside my food. Like a twig from a tree branch. Though it was a bone at first but after inspection it was a stick. I’m glad it was in mine cause I got this food initially too cover my roommate who just got home from work to find McDonald’s serves bugs worth their burgers. (Durango McDonald’s if you’re curious). But still not a pleasant experience. Please be more careful in the future. I know it’s late but I work regular 12h shifts, I don’t get time to cook at home anymore, and after dealing with angry customers all day I just wanna sit and enjoy some good Mexican food. Again, haven’t had this issue before so it’s probably a one off thing but still not something that should happen. Finding a stick in your food just makes you wonder where it came from and how it got there and makes me question if I should trust what I’m eating. I know there very well could be an explanation though so I’m not gonna be angry about it. Again please just try to be more careful on the future.

Terrible, the farthest thing from AUTHENTIC Mexican. This place makes Taco Bell look awesome. I can’t even say if the chicken quesadillas I ordered wasn’t a pulled pork sandwich instead. No onion, tomatoes, cilantro, salsa or even Mexican cheese!! Guacamole was possibly from a can. Sour cream definitely water added.
