The chicken tacos were good like always. The drive thru customer service was decent. The Carne Asada Fries were $16 and some change, they were pretty cheap on the portion. (I ordered two) This location doesn’t fill up the tray like they use to, it’s not worth the price. I didn’t like the taste of the carne asada, it was too fatty. It sucks when your favorite restaurant locations start to go down the drain.

After a night of drinking in my younger days, it somehow became a tradition for me to chow down on carne asada fries in my drunken state at 3am in the morning. Today, for the first time, I tried these fries in a sober state at 9am, and it was a deliciously fresh fried potato over chopped beef steak and the usual taco toppings with a helping serving of shredded cheese on top. I don’t frequent Mexican restaurants enough to know if paying close to $15 by today’s standard is reasonably priced, but all I can say is it was pure deliciousness!

My wife and I have been faithful customers for several years and for some reason today was a complete disaster! Before ordering our food my wife asked for the restroom keys as to which time she was informed that the restrooms were for paying customers. She stated that she is a paying customer seeing that there was a line and just wanted to use the restroom before ordering. It’s amazing how they have signs up stating that they provide the best customer service yet a paying customer has to order food first before they can use the restroom. It wasn’t until after ordering our food was she allowed to use the restroom. As she returned the keys she voiced her concerns and was completely shocked when she was accused of making a seen. Since we had already payed we just waited for our food. As we received our food we just left without checking our order which was our fault. When we got home and prepared to eat was astonished and shocked at what we were served. The number 18 green sauced shrimp was full of nothing but oil and the menudo was 3/4 juice and a 1/4 menudo. I have NEVER had such bad service in my life. The food was absolutely unacceptable! This will be the last time we ever order from this Don Tortaco again. Simply just BAD all the way around.

They almost always make my food with a good portion, they do a good job of not forgetting the additions that I order as well. Definitely a staple in the area for my family. The one critique is that they could have softer church’s, ours were extremely hard.

Ordered her forn the first time just to give them a try. I ordered through UberEats and my delivery order came on time. However, my food was a different story. My order was completely wrong (asked for no guac and beans) and the fries were undercooked. My chicken taco had so much oil dripping from it, that I had to use several paper towels to absorb it. I called the store and they immediately corrected the order. Although he was very accomodating, I will not order from here again.

Was charged for 3 tacos and medium rice, was given 2 tacos with no rice! Lady was very unfriendly with me but very friendly to Mexican man that ordered after me. Felt very prejudiced. Food is mid but is fairly cheap, if you decide to get food from this place but you aren’t mexican make sure to order it!!

Out of all the Don Tortaco’s I’ve been too here is definitely the place they make it the best. Especially the asada fries. The workers are also nice.

They took 40 minutes to get the food ready for an online order, when other customers come in, they got there order ahead of me, this place is lacking with their time frame of the orders and skipping people for others the barely got there when I waited for a long period of time of the order.
