We enjoyed eating at Don Tequila in Bueno Vista. The atmosphere is very casual with nice Mexican style highlights. We found the food is good and has an authentic Mexican flavor with Tex/Mex selections. The menu selections are also pretty broad with a lot of choices. The service was good and our server was very friendly and attentive.

It was great! The food was delicious and the atmosphere is very clean & festive! Loved the Sombreros on the walls and the peach & teal colored upholstery. The waiter was very good and our order was correct. We will definitely go back there again. I highly recommend this place!

I eat at Don Tequila in lexington va all the time and it’s fantastic. Great flavors. Fast services, and great people overall. Just ordered food from Dons in BV and it’s horrible. The refried beans have absolutely no flavor, unlike the ones in lexington. Everything is so dry. To say the least, I don’t think I’ll spend my money here again. I’ll drive the extra 15 mins to lexington. Don’t waste your money here.

My wife and I met in Houston which is filled with wonderful authentic Mexican food. When we moved to Buena Vista after 25 years in the Northeast we were THRILLED to find Don Tequilas. It is some of the best Mexican food we have had. The service is wonderful and fast and the prices are affordable. Thank you Don Tequilas!

The picture is of a Taco salad. Service was terrible after 30 minutes a kid came to the table asking if we wanted anything else and we hadn’t even ordered food yet. 1hr 25 minutes later we got 1 of the 5 dishes ordered but not the tortillas for the fajhita then 5 minutes later the” Taco Salad soup ” came and then 10 minutes after that the rest of the meals came. To be fair my carnitas dinner was decent but the rest was trash and the service was terrible.
