We stopped in for lunch on a weekday and really enjoyed our visit. Their menu is filled with all the tasty items you’d want from a nice Mexican joint, including a very nice taco list.
We started with their chorizo queso and their guacamole and both were fresh and very tasty. The salsa that comes with their chips is incredible! It’s made with freshly smoked veggies and it’s very tasty. The tacos we tried, the Al Pastor, Birria, and Pollo were all great! The meat was smokey and flavorful, and the corn tortillas were really nicely made.
Service was excellent and very attentive. Definitely enjoyed this visit and will definitely return!!

I WISH I could give more than 5 stars for Food Quality!
When they said they voted as #1 for Taco, they were not lying.
Their mostly everything is made at the restaurant which makes their food extra delicious!
We ordered Baja Shrimp taco, Birria taco and Asada Steak taco, and those taste so authentic. Horchata wasn’t bad, but I felt it was little water down so I would recommend for them to add less water.
But the Winner is their TRES LECHE! I have tried tres leches from more than 50 different restaurants, but their tres leches was so DELICIOUS, I just can not explain. It was better than authentic tres leches in Puerto Rico. t
The waiter said they even make the whip cream from scratch. Automatic our eyes were getting closed with every bite. we had to order another tres leches.
I would never let this chef leave!
Also, the waiter was very nice, polite and quick. Food didn’t take long at all to come.
I can’t believe this small restaurant has this amazing food and I’ve been missing it until now.
I will regular customers for them from now on!!!

Delicious food. Excellent service. Value for price. Margaritas are delish, but the Birria Tacos are a must! Ask for “aguas frescas” too. 5th time I’m coming with a different person. They’re lovin’ it.

When I tell you that it felt like I teleported to one of those warm, authentic taquerias in many quaint and lovely towns in Mexico as far as the quality of food goes, I mean it!!! I literally just whined to my husband the day before that I could not find any real good Mexican restaurants since moving to Virginia 6 months ago. Then we serendipitously discovered this gem! Everything said from all the great reviews is true! Just simply DELICIOUS MEXICAN CUISINE! We had the birria enchiladas with mole sauce, and asada enchiladas with poblano sauce, both with the side of rice and esquites. We also tried a trio of tacos (asada, al pastor & chorizo) each for $3.50 happy hour price as we happened to stumble upon here on a Tuesday night. I snarfed up those tacos like I was back in basic training eating my dinner at the chow hall. HA! They even have a salsa tray you can keep on your table so you can load up on salsa (options: hot or hotter) as much as you want. Chips and salsa were great, margaritas were great, the lively vibe was great. Best of all, the attention and service from all the wait staff was welcoming and just added another layer of enjoyment to our experience. I know that telling everyone about this place will hopefully continue to grow their following, causing more foot traffic, possibly long waits, etc etc. but I don’t see that as a bad thing -that’s good for their business and good for us!! I want them to be in business for as long as my husband and I live! hehe… Just pleeeaasseeese Don Sebas! …don’t turn into many other restaurants who kept getting famous and yet the food quality and service went downhill instead. People don’t stick around for crappy food. I’d rather pay a little more due to inflation as long as I’m getting the same, if not even better quality of food and service at your establishment. You all rock!!! Many blessings to everyone.

While the place doesn’t look too special from the outside, definitely stop if you want some authentic Mexican food. The chips tasted fresh and the salsa was really good (we had two helpings because we enjoy eating). The staff and our waiter were incredibly nice and will answer any questions you have. They have a good selection of tacos and you can even mix and match. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice with a variety of seating for large and small groups. A lot of people eating but the noise volume was not too loud. There is also a huge parking lot that’s free to park in. We will be back here if in the area anytime soon!

I recently visited this restaurant, and I honestly had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who immediately made me feel welcome. The servers were all so kind, attentive, and always smiling, which really added to the warm and positive atmosphere of the restaurant.

You can really tell that they care about the quality of their food. The flavors were bold, fresh, and satisfying, and the dishes truly felt like delicious Mexican cuisine made with care.
One of my favorite items was the street corn. It was topped with corn, cheese, and Takis, which gave it such a fun, crunchy texture and bold flavor. It was absolutely delicious and definitely something I would order again. The fajitas were another highlight. They were sizzling, loaded with fresh vegetables, tender meat, and amazing flavor. Every bite was packed with great taste.

Best Kept Secret!!! I see this restaurant all the time on Prince William County parkway. There is not a lot of parking, but there are enough spaces. I love the atmosphere. The food was cooked to perfection!!! The customer service was great!!! You are greeted at the door with smiles. It smells great there too, sometimes you walk in a restaurant and it’s stinky but this place even smells great. The staff, not just your waiter, but all the staff are very friendly. The food is cook fresh. We had no problems, no issues. The drinks were amazing! Mango margaritas and pineapple margaritas. Everything about this location was wonderful. Our waitress was so kind. So great. My big brother brought me and my youngest son here and we are so thankful he did. We truly enjoyed the service, the food, and the atmosphere. If you see this spot, it’s across the street from the Sheetz gas station off Hillendale Road. Please check out this location. I promise you, you will truly enjoy yourself here. The music makes you wanna dance and while you’re eating, you start dancing. I will be back. I’m trying to add pictures, but for some reason it won’t let me post the photos once I figure it out. Was craving tacos and wanted to go somewhere authentic and close to home. My husband said he heard about this place from his cousin and after looking at the reviews we decided to try Don Sebas. We walked in and it was POPPIN. Was about 3:30-3:45 PM on Saturday and they were packed. We were immediately greeted even though it was super busy, we were sat down I kid you not within 2 minutes. The atmosphere is so inviting. They have nice music playing. The service is very fast and all the food was fresh. I didn’t get our servers name but he was attentive and friendly. We never needed anything, he brought us refills without us needing to ask. The chips and salsa (flavorful, not watery) were fresh and tasted amazing. I got the birria taco platter, my husband got the tacos de lengua platter, and my daughter got the kids quesadilla. My husband has had a lot of tacos de lengua and he said these were the best he’s ever tasted. The birria tacos were packed full of meat and the kids quesadilla was a generous serving as well! I highly recommend this restaurant. My birria tacos and my daughter’s quesadilla are in the photos. Didn’t grab a picture of my husbands, we wanted to dig in!

Wow! These are the best authentic Mexican tacos and food I had in a long time! The Birria tacos where excellent, but my favorite was the Chancho and Asada meat tacos.
The chips are homemade and so is the salsa and they both were excellent!
We had the Esquites (corn cup) was excellent too!
Everything was so good! This is definitely our best favorite Mexican restaurant!
(I don’t know anyone here and am here on vacation from Florida, but come often to this area to visit our daughter).
