Tasty Tacos! I make my own birria but because of the time consuming nature of the recipe I like to try birria from different places whenever I can. Don Rudy’s did not disappoint when we visited their food truck. Service was swift and efficient and VERY affordable! The food was scrumptious! We had queso birria tacos with a couple of carnitas tacos thrown in for good measure. All were hot, even after we traveled home 20 minutes , the meat was extremely flavorful and tender. I felt like I just got takeout from Grandmas! HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be back!

It has potential… I’ve traveled all over searching for the best carne asada tacos. The corn tortillas were too chewy (almost tasted stale) and there were huge CHUNKS of fat in the carna asada street tacos. I had to pick out about half the meat because it was very fatty. The flavor was okay. The red salsa (hot) was delicious. The birria taco was flavorful, but full of grease. The best carne asada tacos I’ve had in KC were are at Rudy’s Tenampa Taqueria in Westport. Fresh, lean, and so flavorful. Their tortillas are soft and melt in your mouth. This didn’t hit the spot. Maybe next time.

Never judge a book by its cover! Little food truck in a parking lot off I-35 but packs a wallop of flavor! The Quesabirria tacos are easily the best in KC. Wife got 3 different street tacos and all were fantastic. Highly recommend!

I’ve been here a couple of times and they always offer great service. From walking up in person to order and from taking my order over the phone – they’re great! Great food, I really enjoy the Quesabirria tacos and quesadillas. We did get the tacos (asada, carnitas & pastor) but were a bit dry. Nonetheless, delicious food and pair it with their horchata!

Got the steak quesadilla and it was amazingly good!! The steak is actually moist and not all dry and chewy. The flavor is also really good! The lady that took my order was super nice and the service was quick. They also grabbed our wallet we left there and made sure to put it up safe for us. I will 1000% be going back to try something different next time

I got the chicken birria tacos. You get 4 with the cosumé for $12.99. The tacos are pretty packed with meat so I thought it was a pretty good deal. They’re very filling. I would’ve preferred a little more seasoning in the meat but it was good.
