The Lomo Saltado was excellent. The beef was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy, tossed with onions and tomatoes, and seasoned just right. It had that classic savory balance you expect from this staple of Peruvian cuisine.
The Ají de Gallina was equally impressive. Creamy, rich, and full of depth, it tasted just like a traditional homemade Peruvian plate. The sauce was smooth with the right amount of spice, and the chicken and cooked potatoes were well incorporated.
