This is authentic Mexican food at it’s finest! Absolutely beautiful building and atmosphere, excellent customer service, and the quesabirria tacos are sooo good! Ordered without onion, extra cheese, and extra cilantro and our taste buds lit up! Highly recommend, plenty of parking, wheelchair accessibility, and lots of big tables to accommodate large groups!

UPDATE 2/7: Gave this place another shot as my wife wanted a margarita. This time I went with the tacos pastor and they were excellent. Meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned – they were definitely 5 stars. Service was great, everyone there was very friendly.
Original: 3.5 for now but I need to try another dish. Chips and salsa were pretty good. I got the chipotle enchiladas and didn’t really care for them. I was expecting some spice but it had none. Didn’t care for the creamy sauce. Rice was good. My wife did like her margarita. It is pricier than most, but we will try again.

I’d give 0 stars if I could.
My boyfriend and I decided to try it. Walked in and waited what felt like 5+ minutes to be seated. Went to take us to a seat but couldn’t decided where he wanted to seat us I guess? Finally asked if we were okay with the bar, we were. Sat for another 10 minutes not being greeted. However, made eye contact with plenty of servers who continues to walk by with nothing in their hands. However no less than 5 servers came to chat with the couple behind us. We finally just got up and walked out.

Very disappointed. I have been here twice, and the first time it was good. The second time I ordered vegetarian fajitas as I wanted the broccoli and cauliflower in the entree and I paid extra to add grilled chicken. The server brings me a very cold plate (not sizzling at all) of peppers and onions and grilled chicken. These were NOT vegetarian fajitas. The server did not tell me that they didn’t have vegetarian fajitas. I don’t understand why they have this on the menu if they are just bringing me out chicken with peppers and onions. And, being cold was the “icing on the cake” and it was not good icing. The chicken was weird too and a very small portion. It was thin and looked like dog food. I am not happy about this experience or food at all. The server was kind, but he never checked back and all in all it was a total and overpriced bust. 0 stars

I was hopeful about Don Rigo but unfortunately, it was disappointing on all fronts. The food was subpar with very bland flavor. I didn’t finish it and threw away the leftovers. The margarita was extremely watered down. Overall, the price point was relatively high and I was not impressed. I won’t be returning.

The inside its self is very nice. Since it’s new everything is very clean. Service was not horrible, but it wasn’t good either. The server sat us didn’t say anything and walked away. That’s how every interaction was. Now the food was very bland and pretty expensive for what you got. Everything were cook nice. It just didn’t have a whole lot of flavor. Due to the service, price, and taste I won’t be going back. The inside is nice to look at though.

My friend and I had lunch at Don Rigo’s today. The restaurant is BEAUTIFUL. I can now see why it took so long to open. The service was great as well were the drinks (peach margarita and natural pineapple margarita pictured). The food was good. The table salsa needs something in my opinion. Lime, salt, pepper, something. The chips were delicious. I got the burrito la roqueta. The pork was tender and the tomatillo sauce was good. My friend got the #12, I think. She said ever tasted amazing. I will be going back.

if I could give zero stars I would. Usually, this place is really fast service but on this night, our server was awful with getting us our food. we had to go up and ask for him to wait on us, 15 minutes after being sat. after everytime he came over, we waited another 20 mins for him to come back
