Everything I have tried is so delicious. Love the tacos. I’ve had the asada and pastor tacos and they are so good. I had the chicken crunchy tacos, they are yummy as well. Burritos are so good. The quesadillas are too. I would really try everything. They have a salsa bar with the different sauces and sides so you can choose your sauce as much as you like on your food. Along with the other sides you may like. Nice outside patio area to enjoy your food. Nice benches. TV’s and a water feature.

I don’t know what’s going on at this taco truck, but the food was straight-up disgusting. My tacos were swimming in oil — not a little greasy, I mean completely soaked and falling apart. It was like someone dumped a whole fryer on my plate.
The smell, the texture, everything was off. I took one bite and instantly regretted it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and your stomach — this was easily one of the worst meals I’ve ever had.

Hands down, best spot in Stockton. This is definitely my go-to when I’m in the area.
My personal suggestion is that you don’t go before noon because at times the meat has tasted as if they use the leftovers of the prior day.

Lots of menu items to choose from. We always order to go/take out, everything you order is hot and will still be hot by the time you get home and eat. Al Pastor tacos and Alambre de Res plates are pictured. Don Rafa’s has a parking lot you can enter from either Miner Ave or Airport way depending on which way you are traveling, this place is always popping and there is always a line, with quick service. Come expecting a normal 5-10 minute wait for this outstanding food!

Food was delicious! Customer service was awesome! Not much of a wait, I went on a Thursday around 3 pm. Salas have a little kick to it, not too hot not too spicy. I grabbed an asada, chicken and tripa taco. I enjoyed all, but the tripa was a little different for me (they might cook it a different way). But all together I would give them 5 stars!
