My family and I went to this restaurant when we were visiting a friend living in Manchester, NH It’s a place where you can take your family for lunch, dinner and enjoy delicious food! I can’t describe the goat soup we ordered it was the best! Tacos , rice ! Fried pork….. Don’t remember names on menu

This was always my go-to place until they started putting less & less chicken in the empanadas, now I only go sometimes. But today will be my last day ordering. I debated returning the beef stew plate I got, but decided to keep it because I already had a taste for it. Over $20 for rice, 4 small pieces of meat, 2 pieces carrots & 2 pieces potatoes. I’m done wasting my money.

This place was really good. I got the pollo dorado which was some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had with the yellow rice. I also got some of the chicharron which is sold by the Lb you can get as little or as much as you like. I got a half Lb and was not disappointed it was clearly salted and boiled then fried to perfection. It is a very small location with little to no parking, I parked next door at the convenience store that had overnight towing signs up with no problem. I see people on here talking bad about the women working in this restaurant…. I went in at noon on Friday 12/29/23 sat myself and was very satisfied with the service I received. I was greeted within 2 minutes, order taken and food being prepared. There were at least 6 women working in this restaurant preparing some of the tastiest food I’ve had in a long while. They had a lot of door dash and food pickups going on in the meantime. If your dining in.. Be patient it will be worth it. I’ll be back soon! <3

Service was terrible. Lady was rude and eating a plate of food while taking our order. On the menu it says extra $1 for steak and on the checkout it says $2. I asked why they charging extra $2 and she said she don’t know with an attitude as if I should not be asking that question. We decided not to eat there anymore. Wouldn’t recommend.

As a dasher, this place sucks, big time. Never have the order ready and their music is crazy loud. They’re unfriendly. They sit there and talk as you wait. Takes 10 minutes just to tie up a bag.

I drive for a local food delivery app. I purposely avoid picking up at this place, due to the horrible staff and excessive wait times. Today, 9/24/2025, I had (2) trips combined into one. The first pickup, which was around the corner, the food was ready and waiting. I tap the screen to go to the next pickup and it was at Don Quijote. I hesitated for a second, but because of the amount of the job payout, I accepted it. I get to the restaurant, and I’m standing there and standing there, until the red head acknowledged me. I told her who I am there picking up food for. She doesn’t speak, just turns back around, and continues watching her phone that was up on full blast. And then ignores me, while I stand there, waiting and waiting. Finally, I asked her, “how much longer?” And she utters something to the guy in the kitchen, in Spanish. And never answers my question. So, I stand there and stand there, until I got really irritated from being ignored, and I stormed out. I will NEVER, EVER be back here! These people are so rude! I would highly advise any other couriers to avoid this place, too!

My experience at Don Quijote was a sad one. I enter the door, and the greeting was, “what do you want?” I replied that I wanted to seat, the server stated, that I can seat wherever I wanted. I ordered a Paella , which happens to be one of my favorite dishes. The strikes the server took were the following, gave me a menu with the enthusiasm of someone who hates the work they are doing. I requested a Pasion fruit juice, and proceeded to look at the menu. That’s when I saw paella. The menu stated $30.00 seems ok for a seafood-rice mix of “glory”. I asked the waitres how long will it take. I know my dish i know the lengthy time it takes. She stated 35 min and said I could choose other thing if too long. I said inside, well don’t thing too highly of what is coming 35 min for a paella is very little time. In the mean time my juice depleted and I was never asked if I wanted another drink, later when I was eating I asked for a bottle of water as I was choking with the food. At the end as time progressed the waitres change mood, yet service is for clear reasons nor her thing. She walked by and asked if I was desperate for the long wait for the food. I responded, that I was not. Food started coming, one thing I was not expecting was the sweet plantains with the food, the other thing was the portion. The bill came and they already added 15% gratuity and 1.20 for using a credit card, prices also seem to be increased due to the used of credit card… well see picks and be the judge, the paella was not the best in taste and it cooled down rather quick after serve, as if it was done with left over rice…

Food was great and tasted fresh. Definitely worth the money and not at all expensive. We ordered empanadas, relleno de Papa and rea carne. All was super flavorful. Only downfall is when we first walked in the employees looked at us like they couldn’t figure out what we were doing there. And it took a while for service but someone who seems like the manager kept coming by and looked at us but smiled a lot. We had to ask for the check three times.

Yeah I love being called a white girl and everyone laughing at me while I’m picking up my food! Apparently you have to be a certain color to eat here. I ordered an half chicken meal with yellow rice and this doesn’t look like half a chicken to me!

Ever since I’ve moved to New Hampshire from Arizona I have missed the authenticity of Mexican food. Their food gives me flashbacks of home. I definitely will be ordering from here again! Gracias
