My experience at Don Quijote was a sad one. I enter the door, and the greeting was, “what do you want?” I replied that I wanted to seat, the server stated, that I can seat wherever I wanted. I ordered a Paella , which happens to be one of my favorite dishes. The strikes the server took were the following, gave me a menu with the enthusiasm of someone who hates the work they are doing. I requested a Pasion fruit juice, and proceeded to look at the menu. That’s when I saw paella. The menu stated $30.00 seems ok for a seafood-rice mix of “glory”. I asked the waitres how long will it take. I know my dish i know the lengthy time it takes. She stated 35 min and said I could choose other thing if too long. I said inside, well don’t thing too highly of what is coming 35 min for a paella is very little time. In the mean time my juice depleted and I was never asked if I wanted another drink, later when I was eating I asked for a bottle of water as I was choking with the food. At the end as time progressed the waitres change mood, yet service is for clear reasons nor her thing. She walked by and asked if I was desperate for the long wait for the food. I responded, that I was not. Food started coming, one thing I was not expecting was the sweet plantains with the food, the other thing was the portion. The bill came and they already added 15% gratuity and 1.20 for using a credit card, prices also seem to be increased due to the used of credit card… well see picks and be the judge, the paella was not the best in taste and it cooled down rather quick after serve, as if it was done with left over rice…

This place is amazing! The food never disappoints. It’s definitely made with love. So full of flavor and just as delicious the next day (because the portions are gigantic!) The staff are sweet and quick.

I love the atmosphere. Cute little Caribbean restaurant in the heart of the city. The food was flavorful, plentiful and cooked to perfection. “I recommend trying….well… anything the staff is very friendly. I left my phone on the counter open with my banking info and they chased me down in my car to give it back. ☺️ Told me to be careful. I was so distracted I didn’t realize I left it after cashing out!!! So honest. Tip generously please!! Price is right, service is on point and wait time is expeditious!!

Delicious food and great portions. Definitely get the moro/yellow rice! Service can be a little slow, but to be fair, they’re always really busy. The atmosphere is cramped and kind of dark. We always order take out.

Don Quijote is a great place. Very authentic Caribbean cuisine and very fair prices. Delicious food and great service. Really nice restaurant to dine in or take out. I’ve recently learned it has been recognized by the Hilton Honors Dining Program as Top Quality establishment in NH. I will be back!

I had take out, but when I went in to pick up the food, I felt like I was a kid at my moms old bronx apartment with not only the scent of great food but the old school salsa music playing also. Definitely can’t wait to dine in.

Food was great and tasted fresh. Definitely worth the money and not at all expensive. We ordered empanadas, relleno de Papa and rea carne. All was super flavorful. Only downfall is when we first walked in the employees looked at us like they couldn’t figure out what we were doing there. And it took a while for service but someone who seems like the manager kept coming by and looked at us but smiled a lot. We had to ask for the check three times.

One of my favorite foods in Manchester! (Very similar to Brazilian cuisine) The food is fresh and not seasoned just right! They have delicious pork dishes chicharron and carne frita, great chicken ones too! Price is ok and staff very friendly! And the best rice and beans I’ve found around here!
