I used to live next to a Don Pollo in sliver spring, the food was always good and consistent. I lived in that area for over 5 years & never had an issue. So, I had good expectations for this location and was highly disappointed. The food is disgusting, nothing was seasoned , portioning is small, and overpriced. I paid less and had bigger portion sizes at the other location. Here is just the complete opposite and on top of it the staff was rude! No greetings, no nothing just complete silence and an attitude when I ordered. The dude didn’t even try be friendly & was clearly irritated. It doesn’t seem like they care about quality are the guest and for that reason I’ll never return to this location.

I’m currently in Don Pollo Germantown, one of the worst visit ever, I am currently with my son is 8:00pm. Employees are cleaning the lobby at 8pm this chemicals are strong I can’t eat here, my son is 2 years old this is extremely rude from your employees, food was okay but the service terrible. 0 stars. Not recommend to anyone to come here with family. Maybe only to go orders.

I came at 9:15 and all the lights were already turned off, I understand it’s tiring but closing a whole 15 mins early is unacceptable,
coming from some one who also works in the service industry. It says it’s open untill 9:30. If going to close early change your google time at least so people don’t have to drive out the way just for it to be closed before it’s actually closing time. ♂️ ♂️ do not recommend going when it’s late.

Food is very good here. The atmosphere is very welcoming and cooked food in timely manner. Lucas took my order very well. I appreciate him very much. The food was cooked very well.

I just left there…asked the guy working for just two extra yellow sauces. His reply was “I gave you an extraaaa”. Yea, an extra green sauce which I don’t eat. Then the sauce cups are super tiny! Why are they so stingy with that sauce. Then didn’t even give me forks or knives. I’ll rate them a 0 on their customer service. Why I tipped, I don’t know.

My wife and I are new to the region and we’re in the area. The aroma of grilled chicken lured us in from the parking lot and we were not disa3. Service was quick and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. My only complaint is the portions are colossal! Enough to take home and have a meal later. So i guess not much of a complaint after all.

I usually have a totally fine experience here. I’ve come plenty of times after work (Off at 8pm, they close at 9) with literally no issues. But tonight I am extremely disappointed. I order the chicken rice bowl all the time and have never received it like this before tonight. The rice and chicken I eventually found was cold. In the photo attached, I haven’t actually eaten any of it yet. I kept digging under the lettuce- not finding any rice. So I decided to remove it to see what the deal was. It’s about 80% lettuce and 20% chicken and rice. It’s a 25 minute drive for me to get home, so it’s not like I can just run back over there to deal with this. Mind you, my husbands food was still hot when I got home and settled. Seems like I got the absolute last bit they had lying around. My hope is that this is just a fluke. It just sucks when I spent the last 30 minutes looking forward to eating and this is what I got. I should also mention I called right at 8pm, and got there by 8:20pm.

We got a Uber eats delivery and it was great but the only problem was the water we ordered wasn’t even remotely cold. Tossed in straight from the pack and there where no napkins and utensils. We had planned to picnic but ended up walking all the way back home
Despite that we will still order again because the chicken was amazing and juicy.
The yellow sauce was ok and I feel like they changed the recipe and just use mayonnaise now.
