This is different.
It’s something special when the food is excellent and the service is excellent and the ambiance is actually it’s called perfection.
I had the Mexican sandwich with fries
But she had a nacho supreme. We both have margaritas she had peach and I had the strawberry. If you in Santa Rosa Beach go to Don Pedro you’ll be doing yourself a great service I love it.

Chips were fresh and crispy. Salsa was tasty. Queso chorizo was great. Drinks were good. Service was a little slow to get started, but it was a busy weekend day. Portions were decent. It was priced reasonably for the area.

Was pleasantly surprised to get your more traditional mexican dining experience without sacrificing the pocketbook like you would along 30A. Inland pricing, not having to pay separately for chips and salsa like you would have to along the coastline. Table of 6 ate for less than $150 with dessert. Food quality was great, our server was attentive and never had to be asked of anything. Also seemed like more of the locals stopped in here so that was a good sign of the food quality. Great experience for us all. Next time we visit we’ll be stopping back by.

Took us a while to decide… so many choices in the area for good food. Seated quickly.
The salsa and chips were on the table within 4 minutes with a drink order. Yum. Such a fresh taste. And the chips were crisp and wonderful. Definitely able to handle any of the drips or salsa you’d want to order. And not too salty. The salsa though. Full of flavor and not too spicy.
Bistec a la Mexicana and Veggie enchiladas. (We do eat meat and veggies, we’re just trying different things.)
Bistec was delicious. Grilled steak, onions, tomatoes, peppers sautéed in their house tomato sauce. Served with warm tortillas (I chose the corn tortillas). The steak was tender and flavorful. Rice and beans were basic to most other restaurants. Not surprise there. Ate ’em all. I’d order this again.
Enchiladas had cauliflower, zucchini, and carrots, as the main veggies. A few mushrooms too. The red sauce certainly added to the flavor. Topped with cheese. Yum. The smoky flavors from the red sauce made it.
Certainly glad to have this restaurant on the radar now. And I’m not sure if this is a touristy or local place. Either way is ok with us… because it was delicious and the prices were good too. Excellent friendly staff on a busy Monday evening.
Oh…and the warm churros… oh my! No wonder they brought extra napkins. Yum!

Don Pedros was busy when we arrived around 645 but we were seated quickly. Our waitress was very friendly but very busy so service was slow. I think it was just because of how busy it was. Margaritas were excellent and the salsa was outstanding. All of the food we ordered- burritos, quesadillas, tacos, were excellent. Definitely recommend!

Always a good place to grab dinner and a margarita. We enjoy this place every time we are in town. The table arrangement was off and only had one half of the restaurant open for dinner, but that’s the only reason I didn’t give them a higher rating. They could have opened the other bar side up . Great Quesadillas and drinks!!!

I would have given this place a 4 or maybe even 5 stars but our waitress completely ghosted us for know reason. Some one else finished up for us. The food was really good. If you order the hotter sauce then they bring with the chips, be prepared to fry. I would definitely come back but with a different wait staff.
