Delicious food, and great service!

The salsa, chips and guac were all super tasty. I had the chicken and steak fajitas which had a great meal to veggie ratio. The hubby had a steak burrito and son had the Mole Enchiladas – both were quite happy with their selections!

Would definitely come back next time we’re in town.

Martha and Pedro were awesome! We love to try Mexican restaurants, and this is a hidden gem!!!

The chips and salsa/ refried beans were delicious, the salsa was the best we have had! You need to bottle this and sell it!

We had the chicken enchiladas with crema, and the fajitas for our entrees.

We will definitely be back to try other entrees.

Thank you!

A must when we come to St George! Never disappoints. Enchiladas always slap. Came on to leave a review finally because the service tonight was just the best. Attentive (Kevin), friendly, and accommodating. Great food and vibes. We’ll be back!!

During my recent visit to Don Pedro in St. George, Utah, I had the pleasure of experiencing what I can best describe as a genuine slice of Mexican culinary tradition. The restaurant presents itself with a subtle charm, offering a warm and inviting ambiance that pairs well with their service. The staff, all of whom are Mexican, add an authentic touch to the dining experience, enhancing the overall atmosphere with genuine hospitality.

The menu at Don Pedro offers a variety of traditional dishes, each prepared with care and attention to detail. The flavors were well-balanced, capturing the essence of Mexican cuisine without overwhelming the palate. It’s a nice spot for anyone looking to enjoy a casual meal with a taste of Mexico.

Service was prompt and courteous, with the staff making every effort to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The environment of the restaurant complements the food, with decor that reflects the vibrant culture of Mexico.

In conclusion, Don Pedro is a commendable choice for those in St. George looking to enjoy Mexican cuisine in a relaxed setting. While not overly extravagant, it provides a satisfying experience that pays homage to the rich culinary traditions of Mexico.

We love Don Pedro’s. They may not have the quickest waitresses, but they are so incredibly nice, and the food is so good. You get such a good deal for the price.

The bean dip and salsa is so amazing.
I had the fajita quesadilla and I highly reccomend it.

You also can get a Virgin Miami vice drink. It was good.

I have gone there lots and love it every time we go. The Atmosphere is awesome and it is so delicious

Never asked us if we wanted anything to drink. Just water. My wife finally asked for a Diet Pepsi and towards the end of her lunch they finally brought her Diet Pepsi. I have an allergy to avocado so I asked no guacamole on my meal and they still put guacamole on my meal so I could not eat my meal. Our waiter never caught the mistake and I don’t even think he cared. He never asked what was wrong with my meal or even stop by to ask how things were til the very end when my wife was done and her uncle. I was not going to wait while they remake my meal. Bad service and who knows how the food is. Could not eat it

We have found our new favorite Mexican food restaurant!

The carne asada was perfectly seasoned and the chimichanga was amazing.

Even the house salsa and refried beans were great.

The only downside would be the old booth seats are pretty hard but totally worth it to eat this food.

Loved it!

We ordered enchiladas and fajitas. They bring chips and salsa for free. Super yumi!!

Service was slow. It took a while to get our food and then also a while for paying, and it wasn’t that busy. I’m not sure if the slow service was due to lack of people or what happened. I never got a refilled on my drink either. It was a Friday night. We waited more for being service and for paying than for getting the table.

Despite that, plates were huge and quite yummy, very good! 🙂

Review for Don Pedro’s – St. George

Finding great Mexican food in Washington County can be a challenge, especially when compared to the abundance of excellent options in Northern Utah. That said, Don Pedro’s has become a go-to spot for us whenever we’re in town.

The food consistently delivers great flavor across the menu, though we do wish they’d be a bit more generous with the sauce on their plates. The vibrant, hand-carved booths and chairs create a lively and fun atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. Service is always fast and friendly, rounding out an enjoyable visit every time.

If you’re craving Mexican food in St. George, Don Pedro’s is definitely worth a stop!
