Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend
I rarely leave negative reviews, but our visit to this restaurant was truly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was noticeably unfriendly and unwelcoming. The service felt rushed and impersonal, and unfortunately, the food did not make up for it. it was bland, poorly presented, and not worth the price.
What made the experience worse was the owner’s rude attitude when we tried to politely express our concerns. Instead of listening, we were met with defensiveness and disrespect.
There are plenty of great Mexican restaurants that offer both delicious food and genuine hospitality – sadly, this was not one of them. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend it to others.

One of the most delicious and authentic Mexican restaurants I have been to! The drinks, chips, and salsa are self serve. There are so many delicious options for salsa! The food is delicious!

This was honestly one of the worst places I’ve been to. The service was terrible — the staff seemed completely uninterested in doing their jobs. The girls working there looked like they didn’t want to be there at all and just ignored everything going on around them. No effort, no hospitality, and no respect for the customers. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I get going to restaurants where english is a 2nd language (and a really bad broken language at that). There is the possiblity that my order comes out wrong, it could happen. So, I will not hold that against Don Pancho. The food is good, but the service was a little strange (especially during the CVID-19). After you sitdown and place your order and after a ruff english translation: you have to get up and go to a buffet style setting to get your dink, chips, and salsas. Which I decided not to get chips or salsa (due to CVID-19 concerns). One minor foot note: It’s the first mexican restaurant I’ve been to, where Fried Icecream can not be ordered.

We have bought tacos and tamales from this restaurant before for pick-up, which have all been authentic & excellent! However tonight, we decided to go in and eat, for the first time. The food was delicious as always, and our waiter was very attentive! This place definitely has the BEST Mexican food in Morristown, and the pricing was no different then if we would have eat at a steakhouse. We have a family of 5, and we were very satisfied with everything, including prices! Thank you guys so much for being a great place to bring our little family, we will definitely be back, very soon!
