The venue is very small, most of their orders are to go through doordash, however dont let the size and like of people fool you. In terms of the best mexican ive had in Union… 9.5 out of 10! Hands down the best Chicken de mole and Chimichangas ive had since trying food in this area.

People are very kind however the food was sub par and very pricey for that you get. Ordered a large queso 9$ after tax, and it’s the size of every other restaurants small, tastes like white velveeta and milk straight up. And chunky!? Plus odd slightly sour smell. Then we ordered a Quesabirria.those thing had more onions than it did meet. Mostly fat was in it aswell. Also the lot was a smashed styrofoam plate. I had high hope that it would be a good secluded spot but tbh I see why I barely see people here.

Absolutely horrible place to eat/get take out. If I could do 0 stars I would! I went for takeout lunch. The service wasn’t friendly at all I ordered a small salsa and when I got my food there was no chips. I had to order some due to chips not coming with salsa which is crazy why do I want salsa and no chips?! When I got home my food was covered with a paper plate. And the food itself wasn’t good at all and my chips are stale 100% do not recommend this place to anyone! If I’m sick tomorrow I’ll know why.

Best place Mexican restaurant in UNION hands down. When you don’t have to add any seasonings to your food to you know you at Mama’s house. So please take my advice and if you in Union please go hear if you want some real authentic Mexican home down slap you sombrero off your Pappas head lol. But for real enjoy.

I knew something was up when I walked in. The place was absolutely filthy! I got FOOD POISONING from their taco salad and taco meat. They couldn’t keep my drink cup full, and the restrooms were downright disgusting. So yourself, your family, and your friends a favor, and drive right past Don Pancho. Your stomach will thank you for not getting FOOD POISONING!!!

As far as Mexican restaurants go down Pablo’s happens to be one of the best places that you can eat. The weight staff is courteous and attentive. It is what I consider authentic Mexican food is Mexican food at a price that can’t be beat. I usually don’t go to Mexican restaurants because it upsets my delicate tummy but it’s the 2nd term that I went to down Pablo’s and it was absolutely delicious fresh food fresh vegetables it can’t be beat you’ve got to try it.
