This is a hidden gem. I’ve passed it for years and never had a reason to stop in. I’m so glad I did. It was Tuesday and you know what that means. But the tacos i ordered were not a scaled down version, I got the real deal.
The food was so good that I was back in Friday just to make sure I wasn’t tripping or it was just a fluke. I ordered two different items and both were good.
What was the icing on the cake for me, besides the great service, was meeting all the nice people that came in that day.
It really was a fun time and good food. I’ll put some images of your enjoyment.

Gr8 chips & queso and a great place!

I just bought chips and queso from them bc I enjoyed it so much the first time. Well, something was off. The queso was really watery and not that cheesy gooey texture you’d like in a queso. The taste was also different- not bad… but tasteless. I ate some and when I looked at it, there was an ant inside the queso bowl . I’ve attached a picture. It was so small I wouldn’t have noticed if there weren’t other things wrong. I genuinely feel like throwing up. and I really liked the vibe and customer service of this place but the uncleanliness of restaurants and their complete disregard for food safety has gotten to an all time high.
I called the restaurant to tell them and their response was “okay.” I wish I was joking. No sympathy, no attempt to refund, or even to ask if I was sure. They just didn’t care. Please think twice before eating here.

These were the most nastiest tacos I’ve ever had!!!! I went to there to order and literally by the time I made it to my car my tacos were already soggy!!!! Only thing decent was the side of fries I ordered but how can you mess that up, it’s fries. The broth for my quesabirria had NO TASTE, neither did the meat! Also the broth looked like pure seasoned oil . I will NEVER go back here.

Food and atmosphere are great. We’ve been going here for awhile and the food is always really good but service is always lacking (hit or miss if you get good service). I hope this gets better because we love it here.

My friends said her food was good. Mine had great flavor a lot of shrimp in the dish. This is not picky so sorry (the shrimp were like large cocktail shrimp) not my fav but they were ok. The sauce they were in was awesome thou liked the heat. Cheese dip was ok, but needed to be warmer. The waitress at the ended was not good. She was on her phone for over 10 minutes I even tried to flagg her down and she ignored me. Her coworker seen that also and went and got the check. Small restaurant she was at the bar talking of phone only 3 tables from us and clear view. So for those that say maybe she didn’t see nope. Anyway they had good flavor and they other staff looked after us.

Great place, mostly fresh ingredients. I am a fan of crispy tacos and I usually order three tacos after maybe an appetizer or two. This past visit I ordered my normal three tacos and by the time I got to the second one the shells were soggy. The third crispy Taco I had to eat it with a fork. Hopefully this was just an isolated situation. Otherwise I would say that the shells could stand to be a bit thicker. The portion on the ceviche what’s massive. I have someone from the food industry I know it’s not normal to store ceviche in lime juice and I could tell that it wasn’t however upon serving I think they should brighten it up a bit with some fresh lime juice and or lemon juice. That would also brighten the avocado garnish on the top. I will definitely go back.

Literally just ordered food from here less than an hour ago and I am already leaving a bad review. I called the order in myself, and I don’t understand how screwed up it came out. And I wasn’t late picking up my order; I arrived at the restaurant maybe 10 minutes after placing it, and still had to wait a few minutes while I was there before it was brought out to me.
I rarely leave reviews, but I’m so completely disappointed with the food I received. I ordered 2 tacos (a hard taco with chicken and a soft taco with beef, both with ONLY lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream), cheese dip with jalapeños, a side of rice, and chips and salsa.
The tacos were both ice cold. The ground beef had ZERO flavor. Not only that, but there was avocado and raw red onions on both tacos. The hard taco was completely soaked and torn apart at the bottom. I have an aversion to red onions, I tried to remove the onions and avocado to still eat the tacos because I hadn’t eaten all day, and I couldn’t even get through 2 bites before throwing all of it away. I received NO salsa. The cheese dip was also ice cold, and had no jalapeños. The ONLY decent thing was the Mexican rice.
So I spent close to $25 for cold food, half the order being completely wrong, only to end up eating half of the small bowl of Mexican rice. For my food to be THAT cold and me arriving when I did, those tacos had to have been premade and sitting there in the back before I called and placed the order. Especially when they had toppings on them I didn’t even order and weren’t in the item description on the menu anyway. What a waste of money! And I’m still hungry so I’ll have to spend more money now to get food from elsewhere.
Absolutely will NOT be back. Nothing irritates me more than spending money on food I can’t eat and food that was poorly made.

Chips and salsa are very tasty. Queso is very tasty. The drinks were NEXT LEVEL good, very well balanced. Every staff member was nice and polite and we had multiple different staff members check up on us during our dinner. The food looks great and it tasted ok. We will definitely be back.
