The veggie pizza was the most loaded pizza I’ve ever had it my life. It was actually heavy when I picked it up. Delicious too! People were really nice in the store.

The veggy stuffed pizza – which is no longer on the menu – was way too salty to eat. Not sold by the slice so I took a chance and ordered the whole stuffed pie. Very disappointing. Also had just a $2 coupon which was given but does not appear applied based on pending charge. Oh well – we live and learn. Gave 2 stars since so much salt may not have been intentional but truly was not edible.

A long time family staples for pizza. There’s plenty to choose from and Don Jono’s located in the morewood shopping center. They offer a variety of pizza, calzones, pinwheels and grain knots. Lots of beverage choices. Dine in or takeout. We ordered pizza for a small get together and it’s always a hit.

Visiting from Buffalo, we were looking for a good NY style pizza place. Quick Google search led us here and we left so happy we came. The pizza and garlic knots were amazing! Loaded with toppings and great crisp to the crust. The sauce that came with the garlic knots was delicious.Chicken bacon ranch pizza with marinated grilled chicken was phenomenal. Excellent variety of slice choices and the owner was friendly and helpful. A definite must try!!

Don Jono’s is my local family pizza spot. Coming from queens I was nervous i would never find a good spot than came this place. The pizza and food all around is amazing and delicious and hands down the best sauce in the area no competition at all. When you step foot in here they greet you with a smile and make you feel like family. For atmosphere, this place is old school no fancy decor no state of the art seating just your old school family pizza shop and that’s why I give this place a mega score.

I’ve been going to Don Jonos for years. As someone who worked in the city for most of my life, it’s hard to find pizza on Long Island that can compare to city pizza. The pies from Don Jonos are excellent. Great ingredients and a fantastic sauce which, to me, is what makes or breaks a pizza. They make a great thin crust as well that has been my go to for quite a while now. The owner is awesome and makes you feel at home every time you walk in there. Great staff. Nice to have such a great Pizzaria so close to home.

This place is amazing!!! We came from out of town and the employees welcomed us and provided excellent service. All the slices we had were great, especially the penne a la vodka. Definitely stop by to grab a bite to eat!!!
