The soba and mini bowl set meal is one of the best deals I’ve seen in a Mitsuwa food court. Cold soba noodles are tasty and refreshing, so they’re a great change of pace if you want something less heavy. The cutlets in the mini katsudon were indeed mini, but there was a good amount of saucy egg and a lot of rice to bulk it out.
