I love this Latino owned diner! Amazing owner, amazing staff, even better food- everything from gyros, pancakes, waffles, omelets, and more! We go once a week at least! Most important, this is a great way to support small business here in knoxville tn! Salsa Knoxville Dance Company approved!

Don Delfi’s isn’t just another pancake spot—it’s a local success story. They opened back in 2016 in Farragut, and the owner, Ignacio Martinez, has built this place with true hospitality and pride. I love supporting a business with that kind of heart (they even made headlines for serving free Thanksgiving meals to give back to the community).
The service is always excellent—friendly, welcoming, and attentive—and the food quality is top-tier. Portions are generous, everything tastes fresh, and you can tell they care about what they serve. If you want a place that feels family-owned, community-driven, and consistently delicious, Don Delfi’s is it.
Thank you for all you guys do

Honestly one of the best breakfast experiences I have had around here. Fluffy pancakes, great country fried steak, large portions. I forgot to take a photo it was so good!
Service was polite and extremely fast, Flavio was our server and did a great job keeping us stocked on coffee and brought anything we could want. Vibes were good too, felt like a small town, non-chain, pancake house/diner and I’ll absolutely bring the family again.

I’ve driven by this place a few times. My husband was in the mood for country fried steak so we decided to give this place a try.
The menu has pleanty of options. The portions were pretty big and the prices are fair. We came in the the parking lot being full outside but still got sat right away. After ordering our food, we didn’t even sit 10 minutes for our food.
The service. This was the best service I’ve had in a resteraunt. Our waiter was Flavio. He was amazing and provided some of the best service I’ve experienced in a restaurant – quick, attentive, happy, and welcoming. Amazing service like this is why we will bring family and friends back!

I found this place by accident. I was driving home from a meeting and saw the sign on a pole advertising for pancakes. That is just what I was craving for breakfast. I turned around, parked, stepped in the door, and reviewed their specials. Someone finally came out to seat us. The rest is history. It was an awesome breakfast. I left completely satisfied, and the belly was happy too. Prices were complementary to the portion size of my meal. I will revisit this place again.

Stopped in for breakfast while on the road. Hard to find independently run restaurants. Very tasty breakfast!! Stuffed French Toast was dynamite! Well worth a stop.

It was casual, very comfortable, and friendly.
The servers were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional…and a lot of fun.
The food was incredible. I got eggs Benedict and my mother got these crepes that were out of this world! Servings were huge, and each meal was only about $12, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. Definitely going back.

Simply put, amazing! It was a spur of the moment breakfast and we stumbled upon this place. The restaurant was simple, clean, and relaxed. The coffee was nice and hot, and the food was perfect. They had the perfect ratio of peppers, onions, and tomatoes to meat and potatoes in the skillets. The staff were attentive and super friendly, as well. Great food for the price!

First time here and the food was amazing!! My boyfriend and I were so happy and this will definitely become our new breakfast spot. I got the chorizo breakfast quesadilla and my boyfriend got the melting pot. Both were packed full of flavor and the service was excellent, very friendly staff! Will be back! Please keep this local spot open and thriving!

Out of towners on Christmas vacation. Arrived for brunch around 11 am. We choose this place because they have crepes. The house specialty crepe is the Don Delfi Crepe-bananas, strawberries, cream cheese, and pecans. It was absolutely delicious and the portion was generous. Another entree we tried was the Eggs Benedict. It was very yummy also. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating of the needs we had for wheelchair seating. The owner, we found out was from about 15 minutes from our home in NC. They were kind to us. Highly recommend.
