We were a group of 8. Place is a hot spot; be ready to wait: order and receiving your food.
Place was packed. Staff was friendly, organized and on point in all details related to the service etc. All the food was prepared correctly: no concerns. Turkey sandwich was great, fresh. Bathroom are outside and were clean. Great experience. Try it.

I had many pastries from here all of them are delicious. I ordered the pork sandwich, it’s like a foot long sub with moist and flavorful roasted pork with thin sliced cabbage, tomato and cheese. You can add the toppings or not. I recommend it to order it as it is !

The location is small from the outside to the inside. Outside it’s tight space and inside the same thing. The restrooms are outside so that tells you how small this place is. The lady who served the food had a bad attitude. The food specifically the white rice and beans tasted terrible. The steak was bland and the roasted pork was cold. They want to charge for everything. My wife asked to get the beans on the side not on the rice and the lady was going to charge $1. The price was not worth it and I’ll never be back. They give you your food in styrofoam to go plates so don’t think you’re getting real plates when you eat in. You have to ask the lady for what you want at the buffet line. It shouldn’t be called a restaurant cause you don’t get waited on.

First time ordering from the place. Everything we’ve ordered was absolutely delicious filled with flavor the presentation outstanding. The drinks were really good as well. 10 out of 10. Humbled people clean place. We did not see no restrooms in the restaurant fyi. If you are near or do not mind to drive a bit ride, check this place out I would definitely recommend this place. we are tourist, stayed at Davenport place was half hour from where we stayed worth it!

Very tasty sandwich. I tried the beef and my wife the Cuban. The bread was crusty and soft. The Cuban was not smashed and greasy like many places. We also tried the seafood salad but it was a bit disappointing. The oil in the dressing was dominant and the squid was overcooked for my liking.

I went today to this place, like 1 your dron where I live because somebody recommended them… really bad customer service, no variety, and when I ordered my Cuban sandwich, guess what? 2 pickles in the whole sandwich, 1 in a half and 1 in the other… if you don’t know what’s a Cuban sandwich please don’t sell it!! And then the girl’s attitude!! Never going back!! 0/0

My wife and I were at the Haines City location for the first time. I ordered from the line and my wife ordered chicken wings and fries. We sat in front of the cashier and I had eaten all of my order and had gotten up three different times to ask about the Wings and was told they were coming out soon. After 45mins of waiting, the Wings and fries were DONE. I told the manager that it was my first time there and that I thought it was terrible that our dine in experience turned out this way. He stated that they had a lot of phone orders. Not “I’m SORRY” or let me give you your money back for the Wings. So we got a bag and took the Wings home for her to eat by herself. NOT HAPPY with this place of business. We will not eat there again.

My husband went in to order food. We had pollo guisao, arroz con gandules, yuca and cuajo. The food was really good but he found the yuca to be a little on the salty side.
