Overall, a great place. We were there around 2:30 PM, so outside of any rush-hour time. Went right up to the counter with no line, placed our order, the order came out fairly quick.

What a great restaurant! We wanted Mexican food and Don Chuy’s food is delicious! It’s affordable and plentiful.
I had the Birria Nachos and he had the Chorizo Enchiladas. Both of these dishes are so full! I probably should have come up for air on these nachos.

The food is good. I like the green sauce more than their red sauce. But it’s a great restaurant with that loud Mexican music atmosphere that I know and love. You are taken care of at Don Chuy! If I could, I would give even more stars!

My family and I were looking for a new down to earth restaurant to visit and we came across this one. I would be honored to say this is hands down one of the best mexican restaurants. Everything was just right on point, including the amazing service.Anthony made the food with love. The chef also followed the food request my mom laid down perfectly. Some of the best Mexican food we have ever had! Especially for fast casual. The portions are large and flavors are perfect (not too spicy). The meat, chips, and sides all taste fresh. Love the birra tacos!! Service is great and friendly. Restaurant and entire shopping center is very clean. Easy to get in and out with a stop light off Paseo Verde. Quick access to Green Valley.

I ordered the camarones Rancheros Bowl & got some god awful soupy mess with an egg & believe it or not there was a folded flour tortilla under it all. No idea how they screwed that up but did. (0 shrimp)
Also ordered chicken quesadilla. Now if u by default put rice, green & red pepper just have the IQ to list that on the menu. Sadly we don’t like green pepper but you’re sorta screwed at this stage.
Barria tacos were good but just on par with many other places. Meat is a tab better though
Only saving grace was the cheese quesadilla we got for the kid. In short threw most of the meal out. Would not reco & wont go back. How they have a 4.9 review is a total mystery to us.

I was in Henderson for a work event, and craving some authentic Mexican food. This place totally delivered! I tried the enchiladas with pork carnitas, and was blown away. The meat was a perfect combination of tender and crispy. The enchilada sauce is some of the best I’ve ever had. I was so impressed, I came back the next day for lunch. Tried the bowl with camarones de mojo de ajo. Another hit!

We had the chorizo quesadilla which comes with fresh guac and sour cream. And we had the shredded beef bowl, which has salad, rice, beans, guac and a tortilla. The horchata is made fresh and was also delish.

Update: I’ve started coming here since I had a great experience. Let me tell you im big on customer service and experience. Every time I come in, they are very delightful and food is always good! I recommend! I tell everyone now to eat here! They locked in my business!
First time here, they made a really great impression. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted. Loved that! Yasmine was so nice and helpful. Great customer service! The food was delicious and had a great presentation. We were the only guests so I’m hoping thats not the only reason we had a great experience and great customer service but I will Definitely be back! I work across the street so they have my business for sure! Over all was a 5/5. Thank you to the workers!

Tamale was excellent! My wife really enjoyed the quesadilla. The restaurant is small and doesn’t have much of a frontage on Lake Mead Pkwy. You need to drive around to parking on the other side of the stores but well worth the effort to find it the first time.
